Fact: Cilliers Brink was not the Executive Mayor of @CityTshwane for 2 months. He served about 18 months from 28 March 2023, until he was voted out in a motion of no confidence on 26 September 2024.

You can have a phd and still be a lousy idiot.
You either accept Cilliers was a mayor for 2 months and that the water crisis was an ANC problem since 2008 with the site being declared a disaster area by ANC’s very own national government or accept Nasiphi was deputy mayor at the time of the outbreak and that it appears wherever she’s involved people get filthy water.

You wait 32yrs for ANC to deliver but you expect Brink to deliver in less than 2 months on the job??? Are you naive or stupid?
And what did the ASA mayor deliver for 2yrs ? A other outbreak, frequent power cuts

Did you know? Repairing a single vandalised intersection can cost up to R740 000, while complex repairs can reach R1.9 million. This criminal activity drains millions from public funds every year - money that should be used build better communities, not replace stolen equipment.
The city awarded a ±R295 million tender for the upgrade of the Rooiwal Wastewater Treatment Works to a joint venture comprising Blackhead Consulting, NJR Projects and CMS Water Engineering in 2019. In 2025, the High Court declared the tender award irregular and set it aside. Which political party was leading the City when the tender was awarded in 2019, and which party was leading when the court set aside the tender in 2025?

Not to mention the court ruling which found the Administration process to have been unconstitutional and restored the Council, mandated the "Cadre" Acting City Manager (who was installed during Administration period) to remain in that position until the LGE on 1 Nov 2021!

#sapsLIM [ZIMBABWEAN MALE NATIONAL ARRESTED FOR ILLEGAL HUNTING AND POSSESSION OF GAME MEAT IN SEKHUKHUNE DISTRICT]
A 34-year-old Zimbabwean male national Gift Duba was arrested for illegal hunting, possession of game meat, and Contravention of the Immigration Act during an intelligence operation conducted by the Sekhukhune Tactical and Investigation Team on Wednesday 22 October 2026.
The arrest follows information received by police about alleged #IllegalHunting activities taking place at a farm on the Vaalfontein Road under the Groblersdal policing area.
Police operationalised the information which led them to Bloompoort village where they proceeded to a homestead in Monageng and, upon arrival, searched the premises.
During the search, police discovered a quantity of meat in a refrigerator which they suspected was linked to the farm where two sable antelopes had allegedly been caught in snares and killed by suspects on Tuesday 21 October 2026.
Further investigation led the police to the farm where they discovered two dead sable antelopes (old bucks) valued at R44 000. Police further found portions of the meat cut into strips and hung on trees to dry for the production of biltong.
The Police further learned that the dried meat was intended to be collected once it had dried as it would be lighter and easier to transport.
The suspect was immediately arrested on charges of illegal hunting, possession of game meat and being an illegal immigrant.
The suspect appeared before Groblersdal Magistrate's Court on Friday 23 October 2026 facing charges of illegal hunting, possession of game farm meat and #IllegalImmigrant.
He was remanded in police custody and his case was postponed to next week Monday 26 October 2026 for a bail application and further police investigations.
The Provincial Commissioner of Police in Limpopo, Lieutenant General Jan Scheepers commended the swift response by the Sekhukhune Tactical and Investigation Team.
Police investigations are continuing.
