We've officially entered the era of the B+ employee: the one who shows up every day, delivers, is easy to work with, but refuses to be the hero.

Wanted to wait until we sold 100 pieces of Mila to celebrate, but this made me lose sight of the fact that we’ve already sold 10 and are now heading towards 20. 🥹
I believe we can still do 100, but regardless of that, congratulations to me and my team! 🥳❤️ xx

Do you think success comes more from making the right decisions or from avoiding the wrong ones?
I’ve been reflecting lately… big wins feel amazing, but staying consistent often feels like quietly dodging landmines. The mistakes we don’t make might matter more in the long run.
What’s your take? 👇
