Every second counts when a person is in difficulty in the water. If you see someone in trouble in or near the water, please dial 112 or 999 and ask for the Coast Guard and throw them a Life Ring/Buoy to stay afloat and prevent drowning. A stolen Life Ring/Buoy is a stolen life.
