Sajid Javid wants you to think GPs are a lazy elite who are deliberately spiting you by denying you face-to-face GP appointments. Actually, they’re experts trying to make sure that the too limited GP resources the government will pay for gets to the people who need them most.
Caught up with Help on Channel 4 last night. What a piece of TV. Brought back a lot of uncomfortable memories. Recommended.
Doing paperwork after a patient and we occasionally get to park under this amazing mighty oak. Bet it's seen some changes over the centuries. #TreeClub @virtuallysoph

My thoughts to all officers who had to deal with this horrendous situation. The thin blue line is a little thinner today. May the officer and child rest peacefully.
Horrible news coming from Keyham in Plymouth this evening. My thoughts with the responders, and those affected.
Team 1. Area 1. TL briefing the team for a missing female nurse. (Exercise) @WMSAR_David leading first.
Up an at em early for a day of Team Leader assessments with @WMSAR_Sam - good luck to @WMSAR_David @WMSAR_Russell and colleagues.
This pair of legends! One cardiac arrest, and one near death, and still, BOTH go on to volunteer for @WestMerciaSAR - I'm honoured to keep the company of heroes.
