I think we have options - and as Mumbi has repeatedly stated, we must not confer omniscience or onmipotence to the powers-that-be, otherwise we will always feel impotent and take no action because we have no hope or recourse. And there's precedent already.
The West Doesn't Allow Revolutionary African Candidates
Why can't revolutionary Africans run for elected office in Africa? Dr. Wandia Njoya (@wmnjoya ) says the West stops that from ever occurring. The Kenya-based Daystar University professor provided the example of 2022 candidates who couldn't get on the ballot.
What needs to change to allow such candidates a proper chance? Drop us a comment.

I can't help but admire this video. It's a picture of a well-functioning society: emergency crews on site, the accident scene secured, and no onlookers getting in the way. In Kenya, every politician would show up with their camera crew you will think they are from CSI- Dci unit
Alguien me puede explicar cómo es posible que no quedan restos del avión? Parece como si literalmente se hubiera evaporado en el impacto. Mi mente no logra entender cómo no quedó nada del jet, que dicen?
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
El jet no se evaporó: el impacto a alta velocidad y la explosión lo desintegraron en fragmentos pequeños esparcidos por un amplio área, formando un campo de escombros con restos metálicos reportados por residentes.

Man, amount of aircraft crashes across Trumplandia is becoming disconcertingly too much now.
What!!!!!
Jackson Hinkle's video essay on The Ansarallah is an eye opener.....
I don't stomach the guy much, but he's exposed me on the many things wrong with Yemen, including the nonsense The Coalition led by The Kingdom continues perpetuating.
I'd like to know how they shot that sequence of nuke mobile launch around the Kremlin.
Never seen something weird like that in any movie....

Federalism solves the ngubuz question.
There is no one to save you like there is in a unitary government and this spurs development.

Nigeria is only failing because federalism isn't implemented correctly not because of federalism.
Crime syndicates in Mexico have nothing to do with federalism.
Federalism would actually help South Africa and the issues it has.

Safe to call it a quasi-federal state because of its heavy decentralisation across the 9 provincial governments. The provincial governments get >90% of their budgets from the national government. Its 3 tier architecture maintains national unity & diversity.

Purely federal countries in Africa are 🇳🇬, 🇪🇹, 🇸🇴 and Comoros.
🇿🇦 is unitary country according to its constitution, but is heavily decentralized that it behaves like a quasi-federal state.
Agreed, decentralisation/devolution is needed but ethnofederalism will take us nowhere.
Interesting to see LNG is way more energy dense than Diesel (with lesses emissions to boot)....
@akams_ how come we don't use it for transport?.
Having had ads on my socials' TL from defence contractors like Thales, Lockheed Martin, Raytheon (heck even BrahMos) etc, now I'm seeing ads from the Russian defence contractor ROSOBORONEXPORT.
Dear God, please make me be the person these advertisers think I am.
Please!

Kalonzo is like that chick who in a house party at 8pm declare she doesn't do weed. At 2am you find her stoned, kissing everyone.
I was today's years old when I learnt that Deep Forest's Sweet Lullaby is from a woman called Afunakwa from the Solomon Isles.
It is not African.
And the original recording was done in the late 1960s as part of a collection of academic musicology
Huh!

It's not about not trusting our father's it's about not trusting women or divorce court period.
If Mom gets remarried, she takes the assets with her, absorbs the new husband’s wealth, and still protects her son's inheritance like a hawk.
If Dad gets remarried, the new stepmother immediately assumes control of the household finances, and those assets are essentially gone forever.
In other words:
"It’s all fun and games putting it in Dad’s name until Dad gets a new girlfriend named Tiffany who suddenly owns your inheritance."
