Rest in Peace Elizabeth Tsontso Moselakgomo 💔💔💔
We were hoping for positive news but it was not meant to be.
It took your life for the plight of other women in KemptonPark to be known.
As we often say in the running spaces, ‘iRunner liyanyamezela’ but you couldn’t hold on for longer because you had ran your journey!
Deepest condolences to the Moselakgomo family, friends, colleagues & the entire running fragenity

This #WorldSuicideDay I would like to send my love to my brothers and other men!
I know there’s a lot of pressure on you!
I know you’re told Monna o swela ka hare!
I know you do everthing to hlanganisa & sometimes it doesn’t come together.
You’re not alone my bro, kozulunga!
Did you know that:
1. According to data by SADAG & other mental health services, of the 13774 deaths by suicide in SA, 10500+ are men!
2. Men are likely to die by suicide because they are unlikely to seek help.
