This book is an inspiring read: a meditation on what people who are sick enough to die, & who then survive, learn from that experience.
These are stories about people you'll feel you know, & their wisdom is uplifting.

So important to recognise the difference between 'giving up' & 'letting go.'
#CPR is essential first aid in cardiac arrest, yet completely inappropriate at anticipated end of life.
DNACPR isn't giving up, it's acknowledging the point at which to let go.
@CoxonGeorge @lucypgeridoc
Compelled to share this from Lucy’s book chapter 7 ‘Brought Back’. I performed harrowing CPR twice as care home owner & hope these words along with those of @drkathrynmannix help others🤔. I’m tabbing,highlighting & scribbling more then ever Lucy 😬😍😍
