This - donāt tell teenagers who are finding puberty difficult that theyāre going to be erased etc.
Growing up is hard (I hated it, most girls do) but humans have managed it for generations without genital surgery and without being given very damaging blockers and hormones.
Adolescents experiencing gender distress deserve honesty, not apocalyptic messaging. Telling adolescents that society is trying to āeraseā them, āpush them out of public life,ā or that they are victims of a ātrans genocideā can deepen fear, hopelessness, and alienation. Responsible adults should be helping them build resilience, not convincing them the world is out to destroy them.

UK state has catastrophically failed it's duty of care towards children for decades
This is all downstream from NHS adopting Di Ceglie & John Money's lie that children have a 'gender identity '
Social services, NHS, education & govt captured
Conversion Practice Bill cements it

After 18 years in childrenās services, I find this deeply troubling, repeated safeguarding warnings, vulnerable children put at risk, and a doctor who says she was silenced for speaking up. This demands answers. Protecting children must be the stateās first duty. šš½

The employment tribunal between Dr Sarah Redvers and NHS Sussex has highlighted how regulators and the NHS collectively failed to stop prescribing of puberty blockers and hormones against national guidelines - for years - and how instead the person raising concerns was accused of transphobia and herself investigated.

NHS England accepted that Dr Sam Hall had "no formal training in gender-identity medicine" but argued that he'd "acquired expertise informally through self-study, experience" and "from talking with other gender specialists."
This is what NHSE "accepts" for the treatment of vulnerable children. These children weren't being treated for colds.
They were being given life-changing blockers and hormones for feelings that hadn't been explored.
Cass is right. This goes much deeper than just one clinic. Full independent inquiry is needed now.
Excellent reporting as always from @hannahsbee.

There seems to be some confusion amongst some people, so I will explain it as clearly as I can:
Australiaās sex discrimination act was created for women, on the basis of our sex. When it was enacted in 1984 (ominous year, in hindsight) employment was a big part of it.
There was a part of the act, section 7D, that allowed āspecial measuresā where things exclusively for women werenāt even classed as discrimination, basically when it was being a woman is what actually mattered in the situation. Specific employment/opportunity provisions and⦠woman-only spaces fell/fall into this category.
In 2013, the Gillard amendments introduced āgender identityā while taking the definitions of woman & man out of the act. Sex was never defined, but in a normal world it didnāt have to be. It could only have meant one thing (a mistake, again in hindsight).
By the time the trans absurdity hit fever pitch, Australian institutions were captured. This included those meant to be the custodians of the SDA. Suddenly, all they cared about was āgender identityā aka transgender ideology.
When the Tickle v Giggle case came along, it started with an Australian Human Rights Commission complaint. To settle it, aka not have it advance to federal court, I was expected to just agree with transgender ideology. I donāt.
I wish I could say I completely understood the magnitude at the time, but itās almost impossible to. You think you do, but you donāt really until it hits you like a bus.
But what I did know, instinctively, was that if I folded, I couldnāt live with it, nor would it help because all it signaled was that āweā would just accept it if threatened. I found myself in a position to challenge the absurdity, and I did, because I knew not doing it would have been worse no matter what.
Obviously, everyone knows now, the courts ruled against me in every way they could. From what a woman is, to 7D, to damages. I lost - and have lost - everything.
But what does it mean to everyone else in reality?
It means the sex discrimination commissioner told the court that the ordinary meaning of woman includes men who claim to be women, and the court accepted that. Men who claim to be women are women in Australia, via the only legislation they have to validate it.
It means that for every aspect of the SDA, per the SDCās demand, woman includes men who claim to be women. From employment to women only spaces to pregnancy protections, because of section 7D.
Did we warn about this in our court submissions and arguments? Yes. That was actually our entire case. You can read it. Itās all publicly available.
The high court said that we would have no possibility of success. We were arguing that women is adult human female and this matters in, tada, section 7D. That was it. The high court said āhell no wayā. The high court is captured too.
As it stands, due to legal precedent, a special measure for women based on sex does not provide a defense to gender identity discrimination. That means that all special measures for women fall to gender identity, which will only be used by men who claim to be women, and includes - tada - employment, and women only spaces.
It means that men who claim to be women have more rights than actual women, while simultaneously taking away our rights.
I donāt know how many more times I could say the āTickle v Giggleā case is about more than ājustā one app, Iāve been saying it for almost 5 years, but I will continue to do it until everyone understands. They wiped womenās rights off the map.
Itās a fāing mess. It doesnāt work. Itās incoherent. Itās ideological. It writes women out of law. Itās corruption. Itās totalitarian. Itās bullsh-t.
Itās the test of any government: are you ok with legislating a lie?
Free Telegraph article by @hannahsbee on this terrible mess (Redvers, Hall, mistreated children)
I am delighted, absolutely delighted, that Sarah Redver's case has been heard so well in court, and I look forward to the judgement.
I was carefully following it while I was preparing with Anna Loutfi for my hearing in the Employment Appeals Tribunal.
Our cases are very similar in that both revolve around formal safeguarding concerns being raised and then counter transphobia accusations being raised against us both.
The big difference is that Sarah had a much better opportunity to demonstrate her case than I did mine.
By contrast, I had no legal representation the first time round. This was not intentional and not due to lack of effort.
In total I went to 9 different legal representatives covering lawyers and barristers at a total cost of nearly £10k, and they all told me either I had no case, or it was too complicated, or it was safeguarding and not employment, or what ever else they could think of. In addition, my union and insurance company both refused to back me.
The main advice I got was that the Employment Tribunal representation costs could be up to £100k.
I was running out of time and money, so I had to take the chance of representing myself.
I got hammered the first day in court when the judge changed the basis of the pleadings, and so undermined everything else.
Before the case, various people asked if I had a crowd funder and I told them I didn't want to start one with such negative assessments from legal professionals as that would be unethical. Partly to put them at rest, I opened a crowd funder but gave no description or request, other than to confirm my name and case. I didn't really expect to receive anything, especially with the economic shock from Russia's invassion of Ukraine at the time. I chose a £50k target simply because it was half of £100k.
After I lost my case, I was deeply depressed and had mentally shut down, then £13k was kindly donated to my crowd funder. Not only did these kind donations get me going for the following appeals, but they broke me out of the deep depression I'd fallen into.
Sarah Redver has spoken of the profound impact her case has had on her - I can empathise- we share this same brutal experience.
We now both await our judgements, and between the two it's almost impossible to see how the transgender ideologues can continue grooming children into their cult if we are both successful.

Interesting article. At UCL, we still don't have access to Pangram to check student work, which seems crazy.
'I recently reviewed 1,191 doctoral dissertations from 2025 in the fields of educational leadership and administration. My research suggests that 35 percent of those dissertations were made up of more than a negligible amount ā i.e., greater than 10 percent ā of AI-generated text. Ten percent were more than 50 percent AI-generated...
Before you protest ā āAI-detectors are unreliableā; ātheyāre potentially biased against nonnative speakersā; āthey can be trickedā ā let me tell you that I used Pangram. It is not for nothing that Pangram has become the tool of choice for much of the internet, as a slew of peer-reviewed research has found that it achieves ānear-zeroā false-negative and false-positive rates, even against āadversarialā and āhumanizingā AI software. I have used Pangram over the last year in my undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral courses and have found it (with additional safeguards and protocols) to be near-perfect in detecting studentsā inappropriate use of AI in their writing. My ongoing study used 100 dissertations published before 2020 as a control; all came out as ā100 percent Humanā in Pangram.'

People of colour are at risk of sexual assault by elderly white Irish people, especially females, under the guise of āgrandparentsā. Everyone must be on the alert: itās all about CONSENT. So says a campaign video (now suspended).
Do Irish women get to say no to ex-convict Barbie Kardashian, and his violent rape fantasies, in intimate single sex spaces like hospital wards, toilets and changing rooms? No, of course not. That sort of consent is exclusionary, genocidal.

what I would like is for someone with programming skills to make a bit of software to search the internet for GMC registered drs making these sort complaints and report, as well as ASA. let me know if you have these very particular skills and are in need of a thankless task
the @ASA_UK complaint I made was upheld about Do Health @drchatterjeeuk. Commercial screening brings false positives, false reassurance, overdiagnosis.
Will the @gmcuk act on the dozens of drs making false claims and have commercial conflicts of interests?

Brilliant news for free speech - and for women. š
Scope has publicly apologised for cancelling my choirās London Marathon performance over my gender-critical views, acknowledging its decision was wrong.
Our legal dispute is now resolved. No apology can undo the upset caused, but I hope this gives more women confidence to speak up - and makes others think twice before cancelling people for speaking about biological reality.
I tried to resolve this privately before going public or consulting lawyers. The brilliant @MForstater helped me draft a letter to Scope ahead of the marathon, hoping we could clear things up. Unfortunately, Scope stood by its decision at that stage.
Iām so grateful to the @SpeechUnion, my solicitors Sharpe Pritchard, the fellow singers who stood beside me and members of @womensrightsnet for their support.
Sadly, I fear some singers may feel too nervous to return to the choir. But I hope other women will feel emboldened by this news.
Women should be able to speak about biological sex, their sex-based rights and the language used to describe their bodies - without fear of cancellation or other negative consequences.
