Lots of male researchers expressing an interest in joining the editorial board, but so far very few females. I'm very keen to have a 50:50 split and encourage female researchers working in any fields related Exercise as Medicine to contact me or the journal directly.

Malen starts for Villa - £5.5m punt for anyone looking for someone different in GW25 (If Watkins remains out). Rashford only on the bench which maybe isn't a surprise given his lack of minutes recently. Tel starting through the middle for Spurs.
