In an ideal world, a package centered around Hartman++ for Neto would be nice, but this package is very good. KSE will hunt for an overpay, but I hope they're open to trading with a few more teams once a new head of baseball ops is chosen.
In an off-season where the Mariners have an almost unlimited # of routes to go, it was almost overwhelming deciding the direction I wanted to head.
It's aggressive, but still feels realistic.

Note that many teams frequently renowned for their technology and analytics (Dodgers, Rays, Brewers) also have some of the largest scouting staffs in MLB.

For those who have lost count, the next #Angels MGR will be the franchise's seventh full-time field boss in 10 years since 2018, eighth if you include Ray Montgomery, who was interim MGR for more than half of 2025.
A different club, but Jason Kanzler is the kind of candidate that KSE is hopefully targeting when conducting their managerial search. Young with a player dev background that would require individual player instruction and analytics expertise.
