Dev rugged or abandoned the project? No problem. On Genesis, the community can propose a CTO and remove the creator from receiving future creator rewards. The process is fully community-driven through on-chain governance—only token holders can vote. To prevent abuse, a proposal isn't created automatically. There must first be credible evidence that the developer has rugged or genuinely abandoned the project. Once reviewed, the Genesis team can open the vote—but the outcome belongs entirely to the community. If the community votes to remove the creator, not even the Genesis team can overturn that decision. Fair. Transparent. Community-first. Following what @Noxa_Fi did to the Robinhood ecosystem, we deployed $BYENOXA as a live test of how a community can organize and take ownership of a project. Since governance is token-holder driven, only holders of $BYENOXA will be able to: • Propose a Community Takeover (CTO) • Vote on proposals • Decide which community wallet should receive future creator rewards We encourage the community to organize—create a Telegram, an X community, appoint leaders, and discuss who should represent the project. When governance goes live, the community-appointed CTO can submit the wallet they want to receive the creator rewards. Most importantly: once a proposal is put to a vote, the Genesis team cannot override the community's decision. Governance belongs to the token holders. Hey. Appreciate you even noticing us. Not sure why you consider us as "probably scam" but that's fine, I can understand the skepticism after what happened with Noxa and hundreds of other scams in the industry, however I want you to take a look at some facts for yourself; 1. We launched before many of these other launchpads and never quit despite not getting any traction. We kept building and paying out of pocket to run our buybot (Incase you don't know, it's not cheap to run especially when volume is massive). And we enjoy the satisfaction that it's starting to slowly get adoption. 2. Check our launch date, check our token, check our volume. Pretty low over the last couple of days right?? Now compare that with the level of commitement we put in (Our X can give you a glimpse, but not the full picture). Now why would a scam team still keep grinding despite low attention and volume?? If you know scammers so well, you should at least know a common pattern they have, they instantly abandon a project that's doing slow and move on to launch their next token. 3. Integrity of the team. I don't expect you to know this since you don't know anyone from the team personally but it's still worth putting out there. We are not completely unknown, we have a few reputable people in the space who have worked with us on our previous projects and the only reason we still keep in touch and still willing to support us is simply because we have always put ethics first over cash grab. We just wanted to address the scam allegation publicly, but yeah it's still noteworthy that you used the word "probably". That is still respected as opposed to those who make blantant accusatons without proof.

Okay this project turned out to be a scam. Unfortunately these bad actors have found their way to the Robinhood Ecosystem 🤦. Instead of silently deleting the post, we want this to serve as a lesson to everyone out there to be careful and stop chasing volume.
