I'm friends with a guy on FB and a guy on X who are both sitting out the election to "send a message to the GOP"...
FOR COMPLETELY OPPPOSITE REASONS.
The guy on FB thinks trump is mean and shouldn't be using ICE because it's "unbiblical".
The guy on X thinks trump hasn't gone far enough and has betrayed the country.
This is why sitting out is silly and always has been.🤣

Now that I have two young boys, I dont have the same time that I used to. But really what has consumed much of my gaming time is content creation.
I want to make a difference in the world. In our culture.
I want to publish books. I have a YouTube channel.
I purposefully "Pavlov's dog"ged myself into enjoying filming, editing, creating thumbnails, researching, etc, just for a tiny chance at reaching someone and making a positive impact.
I wouldnt change anything. I still enjoy games, but i've tailored my life more towards things that may last now.
This isn’t about losing interest in gaming. It’s about gaining more things in life that also matter. Gaming inspired a lot of what I do now, is comics, storytelling, creativity, and ironically, those same things take up the time I used to spend playing.
Curious where you are with this.

This is something that becomes apparent when engaging with people who believe in the conspiracy theories.
They hear narratives *about* the official narrative. But they typically have no clue what the official narrative actually is.
‼️@JeremyDBoreing was right when he told me that most people who fall for conspiracy theories don't know what the official narrative actually is to begin with. This is true of the JQ movement; it's full of people who doubt things yet are duped by figures they consider "experts."
