Last week, a novice teacher in Korea tragically took her own life, overwhelmed by stress and lacking support from leaders and colleagues. In another heartbreaking incident, an elementary teacher was physically assaulted by a student in front of her class.
These incidents are deeply distressing, and I don't know from where to start preventing such tragedies from happening again. But I am sure I'm not the only one who feels this way.
If you feel the same way, please reach out. Let's work together to find ways to address these issues and ensure the safety and well-being of our educators. #Education #Teacher #AcademicTwitter

Living in Hong Kong, I appreciate the mix of old and new that symbolizes both resistance to change and the passage of time, which has inspired me to go out for a stroll with my camera and take pictures.

We lost 151 people a few hours ago in Seoul. Over 80 were injured. Thousands have been reported missing, Most of those killed or injured were under thirty years old. An estimated 100,000 people were celebrating Halloween in Itaewon. I cannot imagine the heartbreak and despair.
My paper of publishable quality for the comp exam got accepted for publication by Educational Administration Quarterly. I appreciate my committee members @DrSeWoongLee @lisamdorner @flhuang, Dr. Sebastian for helping me develop this project #LeadLearnELPA @UCEAJSN
