She was expert witness for Amber Heard lol she got eviscerated on the stand btw
- she is a "professional" expert witness ( that's what she only does)
-Relied heavily on Heard’s self-reports with minimal corroboration
- gender bias—framing men as abusers, women as victims ( only testifies on behalf of woman, only testified in favour of man when it was a gay couple) aka Man hater
-overlooked personality disorders in Heard (borderline/histrionic)

Apparently Elaine isn't aware that Anti-SLAPP doesn't exist in Federal court... or she's not aware that this case is filed in Federal court in NY, not in NY State Court. Either way, she's incorrect that Anti-SLAPP is a huge issue in this case.
But also, she says Baldoni's team "planted fake stories" about BL? The bad publicity over the summer was from videos of interviews with BL that resurfaced. Regardless of whether JB's team sparked that wildfire, no one needed to make anything up, those were BL's own words.
I'm still open to hearing more about BL's sexual harassment claims, but Elaine is not helping BL by trying to draw the comparison between BL and Amber Heard.
