Good to be back in #WestPhilly with the @SpakGroup who converted a formerly vacant warehouse/funeral parlor into 14 unique affordable units using @PhilaHsgAuthPHA vouchers on 52nd St. This type of innovative devel is a welcome change & nice addition to block that needs some TLC.
