I’m just watching Question Time and the lunatic @ZiaYusufUK got a big round of applause when he said we had to scrap the lunacy of Net zero. He continues to lie that it’s net zero policies that make our energy ao expensive, when in fact it’s because we’re tied to the wholesale price of gas.
Unfortunately, the public are part of the problem. They’re too stupid to protect their own children from a terrifying future.

Going to work to knowingly infect vulnerable patients & colleagues is against the Duties of a Doctor as outlined by the GMC, yet harming your patients & colleagues has been normalised, I personally think it’s reckless & immoral.
NHS doctor: There’s COVID and flu armageddon in our hospital... It’s everywhere, to the point where they’re definitely not swabbing on purpose... They’re like, ‘We don’t even want to know if you have COVID or flu, because it just makes things complicated.’

It has been genuinely interesting watching people catch Covid on this round.
Some young people have really been walloped by it, out of action for a couple of weeks, but they've just kind of accepted that with a dull unimaginative acceptance.

As a GP practice we lost a third of Nursing home residents in the first wave due to the decisions made by leaders to discharge infected patients to homes
It’s hugely concerning that this was done without mitigation of the risks
