This is a cash flow vs. balance sheet vs. income and expense statement question. Financial advisors like having minimized expense so that you can use the extra money to invest in income earning assets. I like having assets in my balance sheet, long-term expenses mitigated, and I’m willing to take short-term increases in expenses in order to make that happen, especially in an environment where assets will increase, and the value of money continually decreases.

I hope the UK citizens can still push back peacefully. Violence, large scale violence, isn’t to far away at this point. A powder keg just waiting for the right spark. There has been considerable restraint as of now by the citizens paying attention in the UK. Very impressive, but you can only push people so far.

Yes. You trust the current UK government at your peril these days.
Ireland vs Britain 1932, Serbia vs Austria 1906. Italy vs France 1888. Canada vs USA 2026. Same movie every time: the small neighbor picks a tariff fight, the giant shrugs, and the little guy’s farmers eat it.

You should thank God for creating beauty. We are just admirers of His creation.
Looking back, I am wondering if the creation of organized sports leagues in the late 1800s, around the world, was a way to kill Nationalistic fervor by distraction. What the kids call a psy-op these days.

That number is low if it is derived from inflation data. That data doesn’t include food or fuel. The actual inflation number is much higher and the buying power is much lower.

@Cernovich I live in Missouri and the person I voted for I. The primary will not be the person I will vote for in the general because the courts have forced Missouri to use the map from the last election. Is there any action I can take, through law or other means to make trouble?
