The first annual Pillsbury crescent roll wreath baking contest with @MyelinLab and @Zuloaga_Lab lab members was a delicious success! Best savory = French dip + au jus; Best sweet = caramel apple cream cheese. Thanks to all of our lab members for all the fun!

Had an amazing @SkypeScientist discussion today with Ms. Fisher's 5th grade class in MD! Aside from learning about physical/behavioral adaptations of animals, we got to discuss really important things like why monkeys shouldn't overeat bananas...there are no monkey dentists! 🤣
"I'm having a midlife crisis!"- 10 year-old during our "Science in the Media" outreach workshop, hosted by @illuminate_stem. 🤣 Kids crack me up!
These K-5 students at the BGC Albany are so excited and have no preconceptions about who can be a scientist. Such a fun workshop!

MR3 labs @AlbanyMedDNET hosted our own version of Hollywood Squares, "MR3 Squares", for our holiday party and it was a blast! So many new fun facts learned! Thanks so much to @MyelinLab and @Zuloaga_Lab for co-hosting and Happy Holidays to all!
A big thank you to Miss G and her group of 2nd to 5th grade students! Had a great time with my first @SkypeScientist session and loved all the questions about dolphins, monkeys, and mice! The excitement on the students' faces is priceless and was so needed today 😊
