We've used DT, but not in TRAPed neurons. I think it could work, depending on the mouse models, gene/cells of interest, and the timeline.

Pandemic specific: ability to purchase basic lab equipment like freezers, pipettes, etc. The supply chain issues are affecting everyone but ECRs are trying to build a lab when everything is backordered, further delaying the start of data collection.
