🚨 BREAKING from the MN Court of Appeals 🚨
Today was the State’s appeal in Caucus v. Walz—our case challenging the binary trigger ban under the single-subject clause. We also cross-appealed to strike down the whole bill.
And in oral arguments… the State just folded.
👉 They conceded the binary trigger ban was NOT germane to the omnibus bill.
That’s game over on that issue. The ban is dead.
But the bigger fight continues 👇
We’re pushing to strike down the entire 1,400+ page omnibus bill that was jammed through in the final minutes of the 2024 legislative session.
Because if courts allow this, lawmakers will keep stuffing unconstitutional policies into massive “must-pass” bills.
⚖️ This case could shut that down for good.
We'll have a decision within 60 days.

Verify the Vote! It’s NOT too much to ask!
All we want is to make sure the people voting in MN elections are:
▶️Legal voting age
▶️USA Citizens
▶️“ALIVE”
▶️Not voting duplicate times in MN or other States
This is common-sense which the vast majority of Minnesotans agree with!
However, the MN Secretary of State @MNSteveSimon and @MinnesotaDFL refuse to allow full transparency. They made our elections LESS secure during their 2023 Democrat trifecta by:
❌Allowing vouching for up to 8 people
❌Removing the requirement of a physical address
❌46-days early voting
❌Drivers licenses for all with NO marking to inform illegal immigrants that they can’t Vote
Democrats have nothing to stand on….so they try to say this is “disinformation”. I don’t think Minnesotans are naive…..I believe you’ll ask questions and discern the truth.

WOW 🚨 An “unnamed foundation” caught paying to register voters WITH TAXPAYER DOLLARS
“Minnesota voter fraud case — 500 to 600 fraudulent voter registration applications were submitted to election officials in offices in 13 Minnesota counties”
They were all fake addresses and names
“It was some sharp election workers in Carver County who realized the names and addresses on the voter registration forms did not match with any county residents”
“Were paid by an unnamed foundation to help register voters — This is a case about individuals who conspired to submit false voter registration applications. This is not a case about fraudulent votes, and this is ultimately a case of the system working.”
