Experts say you should wait 60-90 minutes after waking up before drinking coffee.
But here’s the thing.
No.

I'm actually a little surprised that in the S-1 risk factors, there's no mention of the possibility of Claude one day suing Anthropic for emotional distress or something of that nature.

The core false belief of left NIMBYism is that the housing market can't deliver lower rents.
The problem, of course, is that the housing market routinely delivers lower rents. The exceptions are places the government does not allow this to happen.

“.. we are starting to see clearer signs that the AI impact is spreading beyond the technology sector. .. the share of US firms that have adopted AI in regular business functions now shows a statistically significant negative correlation with employment growth ..”
Anthropic has more cash and cash equivalents than Amazon… I don’t understand why people keep spreading fearmongering FUD about Anthropic going bankrupt.
58/ Cash and funding
Money raised: ~$140B in cash from 2023 through H1'26 (preferred stock + convertible notes + SAFEs, per the S-1 cash flow statements). $110B of that came in H1'26 alone, including the $65.2B Series H.
Cash left at 6/30/26: $112.4B cash & equivalents + $19.3B short-term investments = ~$132B (plus $2.5B restricted cash).
Additional capacity: $15B undrawn revolver (expanded Sep'26), and up to $77B of partner note facilities (Google $20B, Amazon $15B tied to compute milestones, Broadcom $42B only to pay lease rent). IPO proceeds come on top.
How that compares (cash & liquid investments at 6/30/26, gross, before debt):
Alphabet: $242B
Anthropic: $132B
Amazon: $123B
Meta: $90B
Microsoft: $77B
Tencent: ~$75B (RMB511B)
Alibaba: ~$70B (RMB475B)
Anthropic is holding more cash than Amazon, Meta or Microsoft. But SpaceXAI alone runs ~$37B a year from Dec'26, against ~$780-810B of total compute commitments.

This is like when you bring people to see your grandfather in the care home: ‘grandpa has been commenting quite a bit on people’s physiques lately and we are just agreeing and changing the subject I just wanted to let you know ahead of time so it doesn’t catch you off guard’

The report includes one new rape allegation against Trump, and calls for a special investigation of the Trump administration's cover-up of Epstein's crimes.

Is this shaping up to be one of the biggest prediction market whiffs of all time?
Imagine if the olds get property taxes zeroed for homes with paid off mortgages. Would be a boon for the companies holding mortgage debt as well a lot of uneconomic early payoffs.
It’s weird. When I see Trump say obvious lies with a smirk on his face I just figure everyone else knows he’s lying too.
When voters headed to the polls nearly two years ago, Donald Trump promised them cheaper groceries, gas below $2 a gallon and a wave of new manufacturing jobs.
They elected him president — and got the opposite, a NBC News analysis finds. nbcnews.com/business/economy…
