A car had been tailing us since Malindi. I wanted the driver to back off, so I insulted his passenger princess, telling her she was ugly, hoping they'd stop following us.

The fact that generative Al has created a fundamental doubt in reality. We now pause to check if an artwork, video, or design is even human-made before we can fully appreciate it.
It has damaged the instinctive joy of it. It's sickeningly tragic.

According to the official Wakaliwood instagram, the actor that played Captain Alex in Who Killed Captain Alex died. Rest in peace to a man who played a very unsung role in action movie history, who helped prove that no matter the hardship, filmmaking can be for everyone.

Fun fact about this car. It's "faster" than it's headlights. Yaani the lighting seems proper while parked but while driving you realize you're reaching a bump faster than you can figure out how high it is. so 1st upgrade huwa headlights. Not brighter, you need to see further

This is wild, even by President Trump’s standards.
Ok, I didn’t expect a story time on Saturday, but here we go. What I’m about to write is TRUE. It is insane, stupid, and very dumb, but it is true. Earlier today Donald J Trump, the p[resident of the United States, posted that he had offered the job of Press Secretary to Dana White. Well, it was the wrong Dana White… 🧵

I detest tribal-based professional associations. If, even after years of training & exposure, you still retreat to ethnic cocoons, it's a disgraceful failure.

If you took a cheaper non-express Meru-Nairobi matatu, they would sell you off at Chogoria / Chuka.
And you’d go from a nice window seat, to the middle seat huko nyuma with your feet fighting for leg room with a sack of avocados in the boot 😂

There was a time when the idea that a factory or industry being set up in Kenya would excite a number of our elites..
Now what excites a majority of them and gives them a kick is if they hear that a summit or conference is coming to Kenya..
Our country is becoming hollow.

the fact that grass can become a sweater through the intermediary of a sheep ought to astonish us more than it does.

In a powerful demonstration of cross-border cooperation and intelligence-led policing, the National Police Service (NPS), in collaboration with multi-agency partners, has dealt a massive blow to international drug trafficking syndicates following a highly coordinated operation in the Coast Region.
This successful recovery of the narcotics haul follows the sustained strategic direction of the Inspector General of the National Police Service, Mr. Douglas Kanja, MGH, CBS, OGW, who directed the NPS to undertake decisive and lawful action within the multi-agency framework to combat narcotic drugs, illicit alcohol, and other harmful substances.
The breakthrough began with actionable intelligence regarding a key suspect who was intercepted and arrested in Tanzania on 5 November 2026 while in possession of suspected narcotic drugs. Following the arrest, NPS officers promptly responded at the Lungalunga–Horohoro border point, where Tanzanian authorities formally handed the suspect over to the Kenyan authorities.
Upon thorough investigation and interrogation, the suspect led the multi-agency team to Shirazi Village within the Kingwede Shirazi Location in Msambweni, where the trail led to the residential premises of a second accomplice.
Relentless tracking and further interrogation steered the security team to Ganja La Simba Village, situated in the Kinondo Location of Msambweni Sub-County. A thorough search of the second location led to the discovery of packages of suspected narcotics weighing 454 kilograms, with an estimated street value of KSh 3.6 billion, and more suspects were arrested at the scene.
In addition to the massive drug haul, multi-agency teams seized two motor vehicles and one motorcycle. The four suspects are currently in lawful custody, while the recovered narcotics and the seized items are secured as exhibits.
The National Police Service reaffirms its unwavering commitment to working relentlessly with local, regional, and international security agencies to dismantle cross-border drug trafficking networks. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy against transnational organised crime and will ensure that Kenya is neither a destination nor a transit hub for illicit drugs.
We commend the multi-agency teams for their meticulous execution of this operation and greatly appreciate the seamless cooperation of our Tanzanian counterparts. The operation remains ongoing, and further updates will be provided.
Security is a collective responsibility; we urge members of the public to remain vigilant and continue collaborating with law enforcement by sharing timely, actionable information to keep our communities safe.
Reports on any suspicious activity should be made at the nearest police camp, post, or station, or through the emergency toll-free numbers: 911 or 999; the #FichuaKwaDCI hotline on 0800 722 203; or via WhatsApp on 0709 570 000.

As a motorist residing in South C, we are in the trenches. I hit a pothole and blew my front mount. Kwenda garage, the mec looked at me, laughed and said, “Nikama unaishi South C?”
Imagine there were already two other cars that had come in TODAY with the exact same issue.
Then I remembered our MP wants to scale his leadership across Nairobi if he gets the Governor seat.
Sir, we have seen the pilot project. Please do not scale it!!
