One day after Lula was declared the winner of Brazil's elections, his opponent -- Sen. Flavio Bolsonaro -- just had had his passport seized by the Federal Police. Theose police were sent by notorious tyrant Judge Alexandre de Moraes. What a lovely democratic image.

Hello everyone, our $NUAI deep dive is now live on Substack A tenant + financing is the major catalyst. Which we expect soon. But what would the deal actually be worth to shareholders? That’s the groundwork we’ve laid in this report. We start with management hires and the roles they play, followed by a full site breakdown, power availability, and the sector’s tailwinds and headwinds. We walk through permitting: what has been secured, what remains outstanding, and how requirements differ across the development phases. This ties into @Mark_AAIG technical series, which I’ll also link in the comments. We then examine different financing scenarios for Phase 1 and Phase 2, showing how funding structures, ownership and potential dilution change the economics for shareholders. Together, this builds a foundation for understanding the full campus and its planned 1.4 GW of gross capacity. As tenant and financing details emerge, we can quickly reassess the investment case: how much capacity is contracted, on what terms, what it costs to deliver, and how much value ultimately accrues to NUAI shareholders. Ask us questions, challenge our assumptions, or discuss the report in the Substack subscriber chat. You can also connect to our Discord and join the dedicated NUAI deep-dive channel. Write-up and technical series in the comments 👇 Team AAIG

Welcome to $50M/MW. Halfway to $100M. $NBIS is reportedly holding back capacity for shorter-term deals at annualised rates of ~$50M/MW rather than locking everything in years ahead. Now think about what that could mean for $IREN and 6GW uncontracted power capacity. Yes, the market is pricing in execution risk and the rising cost of capital. But let's be honest… Does 5% or even 10% financing really sound expensive when the underlying compute economics are appreciating at 100% YoY?

IREN is advancing sovereign AI in Europe, bringing together its European data center capacity and managed cloud services for customers seeking more choice over where their AI workloads run and how their data and infrastructure are managed. Announced today at NVIDIA GTC Berlin, IREN has established IREN Europe and appointed Ángel Corcóstegui as Chair of the newly established board of directors. IREN also secured the civil works license for its planned 300MW campus in Badajoz, Spain. Following the completion of its acquisition of Mirantis, IREN’s software capabilities include workload isolation and operational controls that can help customers address data residency, security and governance requirements. $IREN - take a closer look 👀 Like @themotleyfool analyst’s article here, IREN is clearly the top AI pick through the bubble scare. Sector fear is actually bullish for IREN … most neoclouds (as high as 80%) may exit, tightening supply, while IREN’s strong balance sheet (current ratio ~3.55) and > 5GW pipeline let it win. Targeting ~300 MW in 2026, ~$4B ARR, and higher pricing. The asymmetry looks good here 🔥🔥🔥 NFA

The more $SOFI goes down the more bullish I get Going towards 50%+ fee based income. Hold less loans, be more asset light, less dangerous in draw downs Customer lifetime value and customer acquisition cost way cheaper than competitors due to cross selling products. Products growing at 2x the amount than members proving the flywheel works Prime credit customers 750+ credit score 700k+ salary which has led to lower charge off rates even as consumer delinquencies go up. Tech platform re acceleration in 2027 will help valuation model Trading at 18 forward PE, sub 0.40 forward peg, 1.66 price to book ratio Cheaper than tariff crisis All while 30%+ projected rev cagr and 40%+ eps cagr Even with no re rating from under the markers forward pe YOU GET A 40%+ CAGR just from earnings growth

$IREN CEO Dan Roberts says "a wider spread barely moves the economics" because customer prepayments of ~50% combined with GPU-backed financing at ~8% have covered 96% to more than 100% of GPU costs on recent deals with paybacks of ~2 years. And with 2026 capacity largely sold out, recent contracts priced at more than double last year's levels and 2027 demand already exceeding available supply several times over Roberts says "signing deals isn't the bottleneck in this market but bringing GPUs online is."

If you’re comparing $WULF with #neoclouds, start with the business model. We’ve explained that distinction in detail across multiple interviews, so we’re bringing the clips together here for our investors that still have lingering questions 👇
Paul Prager
@PaulBPragerOct 18
$WULF is NOT a neocloud. $WULF IS an energy infrastructure company. We match long term investment grade energy supply with long term HPC/AI off-take. We finance our projects competitively because our contracts require our customers to be investment grade or bring investment grade credit support. We raised capital last spring opportunistically and maintain a fortress balance sheet. Our team has built large scale energy infrastructure for 25 years. Lake Mariner is delivering CB-4 this quarter and CB -5 in the first quarter ‘27. No surprises coming. We projected a range of 8-10 million per MW. We are squarely in the middle of that range. We are all about execution. Project Justified in Kentucky is a world-class project. We already have the required equity and we have an investment grade backstop committed. We execute and have predictable cash flow. Markets are pretty wild right now but we fervently believe price action will catch up to shareholder value. Demand for our product is robust and real. Certainly we have to remain diligent and execute like there’s no tomorrow. We will. But knowing what we have in the ground, in contract, the investment grade credits behind our contracts and the team’s execution history and capabilities- we sleep at night. You can too.

A 5-year-old girl plunged 49 feet from a moving cruise ship into the open ocean. Her father heard his wife screaming and raced toward the railing, only to discover that their daughter was gone. It happened aboard the Disney Dream near the Bahamas, where a family vacation took a terrifying turn when the little girl fell from the ship’s fourth deck. When her father realized what had happened, he jumped overboard after her, plunging nearly 50 feet into the ocean. But when he surfaced, he couldn’t see his daughter anywhere. He began desperately calling out for her, searching the water until he finally heard her calling back. He swam toward her and managed to reach her, but they were still stranded in the open ocean as the massive cruise ship began turning around. For roughly 20 minutes, he kept his little girl afloat, holding her above the water until a rescue boat finally reached them and brought them back to safety. Both survived, although the father suffered two fractures in his spine from the fall. It takes an incredible amount of courage to jump nearly 50 feet into the open ocean, not knowing what awaits you below. But this father didn’t hesitate to put his own life on the line for his little girl. Thank God they both made it home.

An Indian startup claims to have developed a drone that can fly at nearly 500 km/h! And the people behind it are barely out of college. Meet Apollyon Dynamics, a Hyderabad-based defence startup founded in 2025. Its founders say their Ahuti Mk II interceptor drone has reached an astonishing speed of 498 km/h. For perspective, that's faster than many high-speed trains! But why would anyone want a drone to fly this fast? The answer lies in one of the biggest problems facing modern militaries👇🧵

🚨 $IREN x Anthropic Leak The Information, one of the best-sourced outlets covering the AI industry, just reported that Anthropic recently signed a cloud deal with $IREN. For anybody who has followed management’s commentary closely over the past few weeks, this doesn’t come as much of a surprise. First, $IREN announced a new contract with an unnamed “leading frontier AI lab” during its recent earnings call, followed by CCO Kent Draper revealing that the company in question was “1 of 2” possible customers. While The Information didn’t disclose any specific MW amounts or terms of the deal, I believe it’s very likely that Anthropic secured the 50 MW of air-cooled B300 capacity coming online at $IREN's Childress site THIS year. As for the economics behind the deal and where this relationship could go from here, we recently published an in-depth report for both our X and Substack subscribers covering exactly that. I’ll link it below in the comments for anybody interested. Wishing everybody a great rest of Sunday and a great start to the new week. Cheers!
