I am glad that the US Supreme Court will hear this very important case on agency adjudication. The Sun Valley matter challenges the Department of Labor's administrative law court. This case should receive the same treatment as Jarkesy in terms of penalties ij.org/case/sun-valley-admin…

Big things in store for Greenland 🇬🇱!
MILTARY CONSTRUCTION IN GREENLAND: The U.S. military hopes to begin construction on new facilities in Greenland next year as officials develop plans to expand the American presence on the strategically important Arctic island, a senior defense official said Tuesday. The planning follows an agreement President Trump announced last month allowing the United States to establish two additional military bases in Greenland, according to a report.

@AGLizMurrill other AGs are suing First Street for climate risk scores pitched as hard science that often don’t match FEMA maps, ignore home protections, and leave owners almost no way to challenge them. This has helped tank property values and made insurance tougher in Louisiana. @ceidotorg already called out the National Association of Insurance Commissioners for pushing this kind of climate-risk coordination across state insurance departments, which indirectly pushed elevated models like First Street into the industry to begin with. Drawing attention to @naic's policy would go after the root cause. @StoneZone47 @jberlau cei.org/blog/the-shadow-nonp…

Good to see Clemson pull off a big win over Charleston. As expected, we blew out the competition by a massive margin, albeit slightly less impressive than in prior years. I hope the Tigers' offensive intensity improves going into the next few rivals games. Hope to end strong!

'TOTAL DISGRACE': President Donald Trump slammed LeBron James for disrespecting the United States after the NBA star appeared to practice a golf swing while the national anthem was performed before Philadelphia’s season opener on Tuesday.

LeBum James has disgraced himself yet again by refusing to honor the national anthem. Not only that, he makes a mockery of himself by performing circus acts in place of standing still during the anthem. He would never do that during the Chinese anthem. He'll Never be the GOAT👎🏽
LeBron James was born to a 16-year-old single mother in Akron, Ohio. He bounced between friends just to have a place to sleep. Then this country handed him everything. It gave him over $500 million in NBA salary and over $1 billion more in endorsements and business deals. Forbes puts his net worth at $1.4 billion. He was the first active NBA player in history to become a billionaire. And when the national anthem plays for the country that made all of that possible, he can't give it two minutes of respect. No hand over his heart. No standing still. He's goofing around, flailing his arms, flapping around, pretending to shoot a basketball, doing literally anything except honoring the flag that turned a kid from Akron into a billionaire. That's not a protest. That's not a statement. That's just disrespect. Millions of Americans work their whole lives and never see a fraction of what this country gave him. Men and women died so he could play a game for a living in front of sold-out arenas. The least he could do is stand there and act like it means something.

I felt John James dominated this gubernatorial debate! He spoke very clearly & presented himself well as the pro-business, pro-military candidate for Michigan. Pointed to Michigan's underperformance in every category (from school outcomes to take-home pay) youtube.com/watch?v=PZMHjMB7…

Very nice to see the OCC release its final report on debanking, exposing the nine largest banks for discriminating against disfavored customers. Glad to see this unlawful campaign come to a swift end. Next, Congress needs to pass the FIRM Act ASAP! occ.gov/news-issuances/news-…

It was a pleasure to explore DC CityCenter, hitting the capital's most elegant shops. Had been too long since my previous visit. They incorporated some neat new artwork. Spotted some excellent Bulgari and Breitling watches ⌚️, plus Hermes clothing. Beautiful fountain ⛲️ area too. – at Washington, DC
