🚨 WWE SMACKDOWN! HERE COMES THE PAIN (2003) is being RECOMPILED for PC — with 60 FPS matches and restored commentary! 🤼🔥
Developer BigDaddyJRich is bringing one of the most beloved PS2 wrestling games to Windows through static recompilation!
Originally a PlayStation 2 exclusive, Here Comes the Pain never received an official PC release!
🔥 FEATURES:
✅ NATIVE WINDOWS RECOMPILATION — NO PCSX2 REQUIRED!
✅ 60 FPS MATCHES & FULL ARENA ENTRANCES ON TESTED HARDWARE!
✅ WORKING SEASON MODE, EXHIBITION MATCHES & CREATE-A-MOVESET!
✅ MUSIC, CROWD AUDIO, SOUND EFFECTS & COMMENTARY!
🎮 CLASSIC WWE ACTION RETURNS!
Character selection, menus, cutscenes, backstage scenes and in-ring gameplay are already functioning in the native PC build!
🎙️ RESTORED COMMENTARY!
The project includes a commentary restoration system, with additional audio sources supported through the setup process.
🖥️ NATIVE PC TECHNOLOGY!
PS2 game code is translated into C++, with GPU-backed rendering and native audio integration rather than conventional PlayStation 2 emulation.
💾 PC SAVE SUPPORT!
Memory-card functionality works, with save data stored in a Windows user-data directory.
📦 VERSION 0.3.4 AVAILABLE!
The latest update fixes the launcher failing to detect existing save data.
⚠️ WORK IN PROGRESS!
PPV Mode is not working correctly, online multiplayer is experimental, and full-game compatibility has not been verified.
💿 Requires your own USA PS2 game files. No copyrighted game assets included.
🛠️ Developed by BigDaddyJRich using PS2Recomp.
🤖 AI USAGE: Unknown — the extent of generative AI assistance hasn't been verified.

Well THIS is disappointing about the #StreetFighter DLC that dropped today. Love the new moves and hybrid movesets for the elite characters. But THIS.......

Well you can’t change the color or customize these parts in anyway. They really hate CAW creators. At least the moves are cool. Huge disappointment. #StreetFighter #WWE2K26
@CornellGunter_ I love the moves but this is really disappointing man. I know you sometimes respond to people or at least send it up the ladder. If you can get this changed it would make this pack great. If you guys can’t because of the contract I get it. Thought it wouldn’t hurt to ask. God bless.
