The issue is that in real life, people who do this DIE. People who are under active violent attack IN THE MOMENT, who refuse to violently defend themselves and instead try to de-escalate the person already intent on violence, are more likely to die.
Violence is a deterrent.

YES AND NO
It's true for MOST but not ALL guys, my experience. I've had girlfriends and girl friends. I'm a rather isolated guy so I stopped having friend GROUPS at 17, I only had friendly relations with individuals.
Some of those individuals were women! Zero interest in sex.

You aren't so cool that they really needed to have you at the hang because of your "wacky sense of humor".
Ironically, when young men acknowledge this and don't hang out with girls because they're not looking for sex, *they're* the ones who are called creepy in high school and college.
I have mad respect for her saying it because it shows she doesn't have an inflated ego but quite the opposite, a humble character. I complained about seeing her face everywhere but I feel better knowing she's not requesting it like she's part of some corpo clique.
