boom.
After a blue wave swept Texas, the Houston mayor announces that he's ending local police cooperation with ICE to "reduce fear and anxiety across our community."
The Houston Police Dept was forced to work with ICE after the Abbott threatened to pull more than $110 million in funding from the city.
Now, with Gina Hinojosa taking control of the state, local police will let any illegal immigrant they encounter who doesn't have a jail worthy offense go free without notifying ICE.

Jimbo Fisher says he never wanted to leave Florida State, and says leaving Tallahassee was the most difficult thing he’s ever done
“Most difficult thing I’ve ever done. I never wanted to go. We had great success. The last couple years we didn’t, but that run we had there, I did not ever want to leave. I don’t want to get into this the wrong way. I just knew, kind of, the situation the ACC is in now. I saw those things and tried to get us ahead of that a little bit.”
“We never wanted anything for ourselves. I wanted more stuff for our staff and players, and some more facilities, because I knew where the game was going and where we were putting our money. It just never worked out. I’m not going to throw anybody under the bus. Sometimes you have to do it.”
“But listen, I grew up a Florida State fan. I love Florida State. I grew up loving Florida State. The Bowdens were like family to me, and I was like family to them. It was one of the most difficult things I’ve ever done. And the players, I loved the players. We had so much success.”
“We left a great team. Cam Akers, Brian Burns, all those great players. We had great players still. I remember I cried. You remember me? I cried. It killed me. But life takes turns sometimes.”

Best decision he ever made was not accepting that ESPN offer.
Now he’s hands down the best sports media personality in the business, is the leader of the best and most entertaining sports show currently, goes about doing his job with integrity and most importantly without ego and being nasty and irresponsible with his platform.
And doesn’t have to worry about being a part of that sinking ship at ESPN.

And when I tell you I’ve watched it three or four times and get choked up every time— this one hits hard.
