I don't like to average down. * Sold Kalyani Cast temporarily to buy Prizor. The decision turned out right. Will buy Kalyani post H1 results. * Marine's post results reaction was disappointing. I have big expectation from Marine. It will do justice in next 2Qs. * Vivid and IndoSMS both trading at lucrative valuations- might add more in future, if I get enough cash. * Sold Viviana as my portfolio was too heavy on power stocks. Wanted to reduce sector concentration. Plus for some reason market isn't giving it reasonable valuation. * Might add more ESDS once rev from Sharon AI starts coming. - 📢Disclaimer: please don't buy or sell based on such random tweets of mine. I have been wrong in buying/selling for countless times. Do your due diligence before taking investing decision. - 🙏Happy Diwali 🪔

Want to add more Indo-MIM, Anondita Medicare, E2E and ESDS. 📖 The devastating event of GSM Foils has tought me why diversification is so important in equity. Otherwise I was increasingly trying to have a concentrated portfolio. Will keep 15-20 stocks with disproportionate allocation going forward. 🔎 Trying to focus on more mainboard businesses. But some SMEs keep coming with amazing valuation, taking away the cash, LOL! - ❗Disclaimer: please never buy/sell any stock based on my portfolio names. The incident of GSM Foils, downfall of Oriana are enough proof why you should never follow anyone's stock ideas unless you study it yourself taking the names as a datapoint only.

When CoVID affected our families, snatched our friends from us, both @shailjasingh75 and I, though not virologists, decided we should do something. Here, we report discovery of a mechanism that, when targeted, kills the virus. Link: sciencedirect.com/science/ar… indiatoday.in/science/story/…

Good read about Data Centres in the US 👇
1/ Everyone take a deep breath. Texas data centers aren't going anywhere. The Texas governor has very limited authority to stop them. Calls for a pause or moratorium must be approved by TCEQ—the permitting authority of Abbott appointees. Here's how Texas permitting really works👇

The economics segment of the recently introduced NCERT textbooks for Social Science (Grade 9, Part 2) now has a chapter on personal finance. Students are taught basics about fixed deposits, mutual funds, EMI, taxes, risk-return and so on. The idea is to provide them with useful life skills. 1/2

🤖#Robokidz: Management stated H1:H2=35:65, in that case this year's topline should be around 150cr. A 60% YOY growth. Far beyond their actual guidance. - Valuation and business outlook looking good. Dis: exited before during market fall. Might buy later on.
#SME #Robokidz #RobokidzEduventures Robokidz Eduventures H1 FY27 Concall Highlights: 👉H1 FY27 & Future Outlook : ▫️H1 FY27 standalone performance (YoY vs H1 FY26) 💠Total income ₹52.37 Cr vs ₹18.55 Cr, up ~182% 💠EBITDA ₹11.53 Cr vs ₹3.91 Cr, up ~195%; EBITDA margin 22.0% 💠PAT ₹6.85 Cr vs ₹1.39 Cr, up ~395%; PAT margin 13.1% ▫️H1 FY27 consolidated performance 💠Revenue from operations ₹60.67 Cr; total income ₹60.86 Cr 💠EBITDA ₹13.93 Cr, margin ~22.9% 💠Profit before tax ₹10.96 Cr; PAT ₹7.93 Cr 💠Finance cost ₹2.65 Cr; depreciation ₹0.32 Cr ▫️Growth driver: a strong order book carried over from FY26, mainly large institutional lab setup orders from government bodies and schools, received late in the year. Most of it was executed in H1. New institutional orders through school MoUs also contributed. ▫️Growth guidance: ~30-35% growth every year going ahead. The H1:H2 revenue split is expected at ~35:65 in FY27, against ~20:80 in FY26. ▫️Margins: EBITDA margin of ~22-23% is seen as sustainable. Operating leverage benefits are expected as the business scales. ▫️Business model: lab setup projects (robotics, AI, coding, electronics, STEM labs for schools) form the base. Ongoing subscription learning programmes (Young Engineers Garage) and other services then keep the relationship going. Management says this builds long-term relationships rather than one-time projects. ▫️Segment margins 💠Lab setup EBITDA margin ~18-20% 💠Subscription and other services EBITDA margin ~28-30% 💠Revenue mix is ~75% lab setup and ~25% subscription and other services. Management is working to raise the subscription share, since the labs set up last year now start generating services revenue. ▫️Focus segment: educational lab setup remains the main focus, as new schools keep coming up and demand grows. The Young Engineers Academy (YEA) centres are also being built up as a sustainable business. ▫️Digital platforms: proprietary dragon.ai (coding platform), own learning management system (LMS) and Robokidz RC app. These will keep being strengthened. 👉Order book / projects and pipeline: ▫️Confirmed order book ~₹75 Cr as of now, of which ~₹10 Cr is executed so far (balance ~₹65 Cr) 💠To be fully executed before 31 March 2027 💠Services and subscription income is additional and not part of this ₹75 Cr 💠H1 order book was ~₹56 Cr, of which ~₹52 Cr was executed ▫️Further orders of ~₹25-30 Cr are expected in FY27. These are in the pipeline and not yet confirmed. ▫️Bigger tenders are expected in December-January. CBSE has made Composite Skill Labs mandatory for all schools by end of August 2027, which management sees as a major opportunity along with the government's budget push under the New Education Policy. ▫️Young Engineers Academy (YEA) network 💠4 centres are live (2 company-run and 2 franchise-run, at Malad, Mumbai and Baner, Pune) 💠3 new centres in Pune, at Hadapsar (Amanora Park Town), Viman Nagar and Kharadi, are signed and in progress, with operations to start by December 💠5-10 more centres are in the pipeline and management is scouting locations, with the focus on western India 💠Management is planning ~12-15 own stores by around March 💠Centre revenue comes from personalised robotics and AI courses, short-term drop-in activity programmes (1-2 hour sessions) and private school programmes around the centres 💠Centre EBITDA margin is ~28-30% and PAT margin ~17-18% 👉Q&A : ▫️Working capital: the cycle is ~120-130 days. Customers are mostly government and institutional and pay on milestone and budget cycles. Collections on H1 execution are expected in H2, and H2 collections come in the next H1. ▫️Customer mix: ~75% government and ~25% private ▫️Funding: IPO proceeds of ₹31.09 Cr are going to working capital and debt repayment as per the prospectus objects. Any further fund raise would be a board decision and disclosed to the exchange. Management could not yet say whether any is needed. ▫️How orders are won 💠Government budgets are announced every February and passed on to states. The team studies them, pitches to departments in Q1, and bids when tenders are floated. 💠Eligibility needs technical qualification (turnover, experience); financials are opened only after that, and the lowest bidder (L1) wins. 💠Orders are floated through channel partners in each state. Management sees execution capability and the channel network as its strengths. 💠In H1 the company worked across 3 states, reaching ~1,100 schools for lab setups. ▫️Service income was ~12.8% of H1 revenue. About 60% of it comes from older customers and 40% from new ones. ▫️Private schools: retention is ~80%, and some schools signed 14-15 years ago are still clients. Most school names cannot be disclosed due to NDAs. Private schools come under the subscription model business. ▫️Robokidz Retail buys kits on its own from separate suppliers. Private schools need customised bills of quantities (BOQ), which Eduventures' standard kits cannot meet each time. ▫️No new business segments are planned for now 👉 Others : ▫️Listed on BSE SME on 28 September 2026. The IPO was subscribed 834 times, with an issue price of ₹106 and a listing price of ₹201.40. ▫️FY26 revenue mix: lab setup 77.25%, subscription services 12.80%, other educational services 9.95% ▫️Operates in 25+ states. Maharashtra's share of revenue fell from 89.9% in FY24 to 53.0% in FY26. ▫️FY26 balance sheet: net worth ₹25.02 Cr, debt-to-equity 1.19x, ROE 56.46%, ROCE 29.64% as of 30 September 2026

🚢Topclass Q2 numbers from #MarineElectricals 🙏. Much more to come going forward. Strong visibility for next 2-3 years. - Dis: invested
🚢Compilation of the nature of the current orderbook of #MarineElectricals. - Total orderbook- approx 3800cr. For context- FY26 topline was 877cr. Orderbook observations- • Data centres remain the single largest demand driver - approx 8 of the 18 distinct customers are data centre operators or developers, including the mega orders from Princeton Digital Group (multiple times), Digital Edge DC, Web Werks and CtrlS. • Semiconductors are the fastest emerging vertical - Micron and the Tata Semiconductor order signal a new, high-margin revenue stream. • Marine/defence is anchored by repeat Government/PSU customers- GRSE, Cochin Shipyard, Indian Navy Material Organisations, Titagarh Naval etc. • Two electrical OEMs (Socomec, Classic Electric) act as channel intermediary buyers, indicating Marine is also embedded in the supply chain of larger electrical majors. (Disclosure: I am invested)

𝐍𝐚𝐯𝐈𝐂 𝐈𝐒 𝐁𝐀𝐂𝐊 🎉 8 months ago, India's regional satellite navigation constellation 'NavIC' fell below the minimum number of active satellites (4) needed to keep the system operational. Last Friday, ISRO had launched the NVS-03 satellite on GSLV-F18, aiming to bring the constellation back to service. 4 days later, NVS-03 has now finally reached its target GSO orbit, bringing NavIC back to the minimum required number of satellites! Congrats to teams at ISRO and everyone in India 🇮🇳
