FASTING WILL MAKE YOU SPIRITUALLY UNTOUCHABLE
Healing was never meant to be a single doctrine. Fasting, fruit, mineral reset, rest, breath, these are different doors into the same temple.
The esoteric point is not purity as punishment. When digestion is given rest, life-force that was spent breaking down the heavy can rise again as clarity. That is kundalini in its simplest form not a spectacle but energy no longer trapped in the gut of unfinished things.
Choosing a lighter way is an act of sovereignty. You are not starving the self. You are refusing to keep burying the signal under another layer of noise, and letting the body do what it already knew how to do before the mind learned to wait.
