I'm honored to be awarded "TV Young Professional of the Year" for the Louisiana Association of Broadcasters #PrestigeAwards2025. My heart is full! Although it's not about the awards, I'm super grateful!!! It feels good to know people recognize the work, impact, and dedication!

Biggest shocker of the night: Greg Abbott CONCEDES the Texas governor race to Gina Hinojosa. Hinojosa is the first Democrat to lead Texas since Ann Richards in 1995. More than 30 year streak for GOP snapped.

15-year-old Javits Frimpong was fatally shot on his way to school in the Bronx. His father believes the killing may be tied to bullying his son endured. He brought Javits from Ghana for a better life, only to lose him to violence. NO child should have to fear for their life on the way to school!
