If those states join in 2027, it can activate in 2028, awarding electors to the popular-vote winner.
SCOTUS will need to adjudicate this - another reason we need to replace aging justices & WIN in 2028.

Georgia was wild - they must have worried about Ossoff. Republican Senate Candidate got 210,000 less votes than the Republican Agriculture Commissioner and 190,00 less than Governor. In a total coincidence, Democrat Senator Ossoff got almost 200,000 votes more than the Democrat governor candidate.
However they did this (and I will be opining soon) it allowed them to fine tune which candidates got votes vacuumed away.

🚨 So 20,283,937 new voters were registered without citizenship checks and Democrats won the Midterms with roughly 20 million extra votes

The Texas Secretary of State can decertify all ballot marking devices and have authority to require processes that increase safety and security but refuse to do so.
I petioned the SOS to require under 122.001 a. 1-10 and c. a wet polling place EVDC/Judge signature on all early voting ballots. I have a post on my complaint on ballot authentication safeguards being defeated
