i miss my own energy. i used to be so full of life, excited about the smallest things, laughing without forcing it, and looking forward to what tomorrow might bring. lately, it feels like i’m just getting through the days instead of actually living them. i don’t know exactly when i started feeling this way, but i hope i find my way back to myself. i miss feeling light, and i hope that version of me is still in there somewhere.
Just watched the Mathew Perry doco on Netflix. Shed a few tears. I had no idea his colon ruptured in 2017 from his opioid abuse. And his drug dealing dr’s did not get near enough time.
