If you've had a stressful day at work it may be hard to cope with a crying baby at home. But if you know your baby is safe, it's OK to walk away, take a breath and get calm. Never Ever shake a baby as this can cause brain injuries. Please visit: iconcope.org

March is #OvarianCancerAwarenessMonth.
Symptoms of ovarian cancer can be caused by lots of things, which can make it hard to diagnose. It’s important to contact your GP if things don’t feel normal for you, or if any symptoms continue or get worse.
➡️ nhs.uk/conditions/ovarian-ca…

ALT Text reads: "Feeling constantly bloated; a swollen tummy; discomfort in your tummy or pelvic area; feeling full quickly when eating or loss of appetite; losing weight without trying; needing to pee more often or urgently. It's unlikely you have cancer, but it's best to check with a GP if you have been feeling bloated, particularly more than 12 times a month; you have symptoms of ovarian cancer that will not go away; you are over 50 or have a family history of ovarian cancer."

Rovers Women first team and under-21s will wear blue shorts with their home kit during the 2023-24 season.
A decision was made to move away from the club’s traditional white shorts to ensure that our players feel as comfortable as possible on the pitch. 💙

Calling Football Dads - we need your help!
We are looking for dads of adolescent daughters (c.12-16/17 years) who play football at a football club (not just at school), to talk about their daughters' experience particularly in relation to female health like kit, puberty, facilities, injuries, culture and coaching and how dads would like to see them better supported, as well as what support you feel that you need to help create the best environment for your daughter.
It's a Zoom focus group for 1 hour and you will receive a £15 foot locker voucher.
If you are interested please either DM us here or contact [email protected]
If you know any dads who may be keen or your club wishes to help out then please also share this post in your communities.

A message to any player recently released:
‘Football does not define you. You have many other outstanding qualities so be open to explore them. Take the lessons learnt and apply them to your next move. Your next exciting opportunity is just around the corner’.
