The rearward launched Ferris wheel path that the greats use is easily directed in any direction. It’s why they have a swing quickness that others don’t.
Set up for outside pitches. A simple pivot of the rear leg will turn your Ferris wheel to middle pitches. A bigger rear leg pivot will turn you to the inside pitch.
Done correctly your swing will be more north/south and less easy/west making if easy to stay ‘through’ each pitch.
East/west swings go ‘around the ball’. North/south stay through.
