Impeach and remove
He wrote the immunity ruling that protects a president who takes a bribe for a pardon.
Sotomayor called it out in her dissent.
Tell your members of Congress to impeach him.

So here's what happened in today's Stupid Olympics.
There are two people named Dana White.
One is President and CEO of the UFC
The other is Dana W. White, who served as the Assistant to the Secretary of Defense for Public Affairs and Chief Pentagon Spokesperson for the U.S. Department of Defense under Secretary James Mattis
Their pictures are below. He's the white guy. She's the Black woman. I'll call them UFC Dana and DOD Dana to make it easier for you.
Suzie Wiles, shortly before being replaced by Count Stephen Miller, advised Trump that his new Press Secretary should be Dana White.
And Trump in all his finite wisdom, immediately assumed the UFC Dana, who has never done anything to prepare him for press secretary, and not DOD Dana, whose entire career has been in preparation for that.
Now you might be saying, "Kelly, not everyone knows about DOD Dana. It's an honest mistake."
But he's NOT just "everyone." He's the President of the United States. And this is a man whose administration has been firing Black people, women, trans people, and so on, insisting that none of them got their job based on merit.
And then he's going to name someone completely unqualified to be Press Secretary because the President is a fan of the UFC.
And he didn't even think to ask anyone. It never even occurred to him to ponder whether UFC Dana is the person he should pick as Press Secretary.
Stupid and incurious are a dangerous combination, and this man is both of those things.
And that got me to thinking about the two Dan Sullivan in Alaska. And I get it now. The man who is too stupid to know the difference between two Dana Whites thinks Alaskans are too stupid to know the difference between two Dan Sullivans.

PSA: You donβt get to refuse to support Zohran and actively oppose Abdul and take money from AIPAC and oppose Medicare for All and be chicken shit about abolishing ICEβ¦ then turn around and act shocked that people donβt see you as leadership material. @SenSchumer @RepJeffries
Very much this...
I donβt want to get even.
I donβt want revenge.
I want justice.
I want justice for the American people, whose government Donald Trump was entrusted to serve, not exploit.
And this does not begin and end with January 6.
I want justice for Americans whose votes he tried to overturn. For public servants threatened because they would not put his demands above their duty. For officers attacked defending the constitutional transfer of power.
But I also want justice for American businesses forced to pay emergency tariffs he imposed without lawful authority. Justice for families who had to pay this illegal consumer tax. Their money was real. The damage to their livelihoods was real. Howard Lutnick's family getting rich off the tariffs was real. Presidential power does not include the right to reach into Americansβ pockets without legal authorization.
I want an accounting of the private fortunes being made around public power. The crypto ventures. The foreign money. The business relationships that leave Americans wondering whose interests their president is actually serving.
Trace the money. Identify the buyers. Establish what they received. If access was sold, expose it. If an official act was purchased, prosecute it. If people were defrauded, pursue restitution and accountability.
And as much I currently despise Trump supporters, that includes them too. Voting for a man does not mean you deserve to be exploited by him. Your loyalty is not permission to take your money or betray your trust.
I want justice for Epsteinβs survivors. They deserve protection, truth, and accountability. Not another fight to discover whether powerful people will ever be made to answer. Release the rest of the files. Protect survivorsβ identities. Investigate any evidence that officials concealed wrongdoing or obstructed justice, whoever it implicates. Republican or Democrat.
Their suffering is not a partisan possession. Their rights are not negotiable to protect somebodyβs reputation.
I want an accounting of how our national secrets were handled. Those records concern the security of the American people. They were never one manβs belongings to retain, display, or dispose of as he pleased.
I want foreign policy examined wherever public duty and private business intersect. Americans deserve to know whether decisions affecting our allies, our security, and our service members were made for this country or for the financial interests of the people making them.
And wherever there is credible evidence of unlawful killing, torture, or war crimes, investigate it. No invocation of presidential authority or national security should end the inquiry before the evidence is heard.
Not every destructive policy is a crime. That distinction matters. So does refusing to use that distinction as an excuse to investigate nothing.
We are the people to whom an accounting is owed.
This is our treasury. Our government. Our security. Our votes. Our Constitution.
The injuries to this republic are injuries to its people. Calling our demand for justice βrevengeβ does not make those injuries disappear. It asks us to accept them quietly.
I will not.
The spirit of 1776 was not that one powerful man could demand our submission. It was that government derives its authority from the people and must answer for how that authority is used.
So preserve the records. Put witnesses under oath. Follow the money. Bring every charge the evidence supports. Give every accused person due process, and impose lawful consequences wherever guilt is proven.
No fabricated charges. No punishment by decree. No exceptions purchased with money, influence, or a devoted following.
I do not want a government that persecutes my enemies.
I want a government that refuses to protect its own from the law.
We are not subjects asking a ruler for mercy. We are citizens demanding an answer for what was done with the power we entrusted to him.
And justice is not too much to ask.
I love this for them.
The word is out about the Election Night Watch Party at the White House on Tuesday.
For weeks, Trump had been assured by Susie Wiles and his staff that all the polls were wrong, and that, once again, the Blue Wave would only be a ripple, if one even showed up at all. And the DOJ was ready to pounce on it if it did.
Trump, after all, was on the ballot. "Vote like I'm on the ballot,' he said, "Because I am."
He told every rally that. He said it on FOX. He had a 90% approval rate, he said. And $5000 checks for everybody. What could possibly go wrong?
. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
So the East Room was decked out with the finest crystal and china. Staffers thought it would be a fun "cheeky rebuke" to order in platters of finger food from Cheesecake Factory. Just to give a finger to Barack Obama, for his viral joke about Trumpβs gaudy renovations to the White House.
EVERYONE showed up in their party clothes. His Staff. His Cabinet. Top GOP politicians. Donors.
But there was no Host or Hostess to greet them. Which was a little odd. The guests mingled among themselves, and waited to be formally welcomed and invited to sample the refreshments.
Where were Trump and Melania?
. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
Trump waited upstairs in his residence, in order to make a grand entrance to a standing ovation with cheers, once the happy results started pouring in.
And was Melania also waiting upstairs, to march in at his side?
Nope.
Melania was not at the White House at all. On election night, the most anticipated night in politics, with the rest of her husband's term on the line, Melania was somewhere else.
. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
Finally at 8:00 the first election results came in. But during that entire first hour, not ONE Republican was named. It was only Democrat after Democrat, starting with Jon Ossoff.
Trump never came downstairs. At all.
Marco Rubio was the first to go missing, according to the Daily Mail. Then, one by one, the rest of the party goers slipped out the door.
Only two hours later, an enormous decision was called. Democrats had flipped the House of Representatives to their control. And in most cases, the Democrats won, not by slim majorities, but by double digits.
It was 10:00, and the East Room was empty. The party goers had gone to a nearby Washington bar to drown their sorrows. The Cheesecake Factory food lay untouched on the East Room tables.
. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
And Trump? He was upstairs watching the results on FOX News, and posting angrily on Truth Social.
He wasn't alone. No, Melania wasn't with him. But Natalie Harp was.
The Daily Mail reports that Susie Wiles, his Chief of Staff was upstairs as well. The one who had assured him day after day that Republicans would win.
By 11 pm, Trump stopped posting. βHeβs watching Fox News barely uttering a word and paralyzed into silence,β a source close to the president told the Daily Mail.
βItβs very, very dark in the residence,β one senior official said of Trumpβs mood. βItβs a dark scene.β
Another source said, βThey were delusional right until the very end.β

By anointing the evil creature Stephen Miller, Trump makes clear something voters rejected will dominate his remaining two years of tyranny: Cruelty. Pure, unadulterated, sadistic, hate-driven government policy. Anyone supporting Trump hence-forth should be declared anathema.
