The primary purpose of proposing the Middle Way Approach is to protect Tibetan cultural identity, safeguard the ecosystem, and prevent China's aggressive assimilation policies. However, if these core conditions cannot be met and China continues to accelerate its forced assimilation, the policy's long-term efficacy must be re-evaluated. After four decades of implementing what was deemed an achievable solution, a reassessment is necessary.
