Ok, let me help. Israel and the United States started a war on Iran for no reason, killed a bunch of school children, then Iran shut down the Strait of Hormuz in self defence.
That has pushed prices up.

Just saw a video and was reminded that Biden tried to wipe out $23 billion in student debt & republicans blocked it, fought it in court claiming we couldn't afford it.
So far we have spent $40 billion on the war in Iran and still haven't gotten the Strait of Hormuz open

billion was being spent by Americans in America.

All of that and then some……my personal favourite is that MAGA cult truly believe his 2 main promises: (IF GOP retain the House and Senate)
1) They will each receive $5,000–so a typical household of 2 registered adult voters will receive $10,000
2) All prices will immediately drop to very low levels right after the midterms—gas, food, health insurance, utilities, et al
Bonus promise: The War in Iran will end shortly after the midterms with all concessions agreed upon by Iran including immediately opening the Strait of Hormuz

Big miner in the Pilbara had a leaking diesel pipeline under a salt lake through a national park. Leaked for years before they sacked a few staff for stealing fuel. Fuel still disappeared for ages but nothing was said or done.

What a heartbreaking week it has been. Sir Patrick Stewart was a friend, a colleague, and a magnificent actor. From the stage to the bridge of the Enterprise, he brought intelligence, grace, and a deep sense of humanity to everything he did. Captain Picard stood for the best of us, and so did the man who played him. I was filled with affection and admiration for him and his work.
My heart goes out to Sunny and his family. He will be deeply missed.
