Maybe the city just wanted to give the artists a fresch canvas. And hey, did you throw in that last one just for me? Thanks!

Bought our tickets a couple of weeks ago. Can't wait to see you in New Bedford! Thanks for bringing your live self on the road @PatinkinMandy
Going on tour is like passing a tour of marshmallows while riding a unicycle and …. I lost the metaphor. Looking forward to New Bedford MA and shows in NJ, NY, DE, PA, NH, FL and MD! Tkts can be found here mandypatinkin.org/schedule.h… or at link in bio.

In Hebrew numerology, 18 is a powerful number because it is the value of the word 'chai', which means life (as in l'chaim!). Long life and joy to you Garret, and thank you for all you bring to the world of tea.

My dad died 20 years ago and far too soon. It doesn't get easier, but you get used to it. May you ever be warmed by your father's memory.

Parable of the Sower is one of my desert island books for all the reasons you mention. An all-time favorite for sure.

Something like Kindred or Parable of the Sower by Octavia Butler would be great because there are so many approaches you could take: race, history, gender, SciFi, archetype, etc. Plus it might be fun to not do a book that has decades of scholarship already.
I'm not big on having more possessions, but unquestionably my response is "types of tea"

I hear you. My name is Hillel and that never appears on those keychains either. The name comes from the same Hebrew root word as "hallelujah" and it means something like "to praise" or "to glorify." Not a bad thing to carry around (and it has started some great conversations).

btw, the songs weren't always about a person named Nazanin. Nazanin is also an adjective to describe your loved one, like dearest or something of the sort. So many songs talked about their love as their Nazanin. Hope that makes sense!
I did that on my first day. As Nuke Laloosh said, you have to announce your presence with authority. Then you kindly offer them some tea, of course.
My youngest child loves this poem to the point where they asked me write "Meanwhile the world goes on" so that they could have my handwriting (accompanied by a few flying geese) tattooed on their leg. I was touched and honored.

I just put in an order myself. Let's have the #tea community rally to keep a creative and faithful business up and running!

Always happy to see tea in popular culture. These seem to emphasize atmosphere over tea, but if that's what it takes to bring folks to the precious leaf, it's ok by me.

Yes, this is definitely a good one to revisit every couple of years.

That's strange. Here is a direct link in case that helps.
Funnily enough, this is a very old blog post so it was written near the beginning of my tea journey. I should revise this one soon.
