What a pleasure it has been this morn facilitating this sesh on Paeds for #IMGs new to the #NHS/starting their first Paeds jobs soon in collab with @Paedsoftlanding Themes : ppl feeling anxious/apprehensive abt starting Paeds BUT - lots saying feel better attending today!#results
This session is well underway now with @Paedsoftlanding What a fab session - very engaged & enthusiastic attendees. Majority starting a Paeds jobs in Aug & sharing their anxieties and apprehensions. So far feedback has been v positive, many saying they feel much at ease already!

I have heard stories of IMG's in training leaving their post and moving back home because they are not given adequate time off to travel to see sick family. It's terrible how they get treated. IMG’s deserve a better deal.
