Resident Evil executive producer Jun Takeuchi has revealed that the series' narrative has a definite conclusion, and that end could come "in the next 10 years." bit.ly/3WAd457

Dark Blade honestly felt WAY more important than he ever was.
Taming dragons, upgrading armor, appearing in random card artworks, the guy was basically living a main character’s life in the background of other cards.
Can’t believe he never got an archetype.

Rest in Peace Tetsuya Chiba (1939 - 2026)
Hirohiko Araki was influenced by his works, with "Ore wa Teppei" convincing him to join the kendo club in middle school. Araki stated that the illustration of Jonathan Joestar's final scene in Phantom Blood was influenced by "Ashita no Joe."
In 2014, Araki recommended his autobiographical book, stating "The characters drawn by Chiba-sensei always feel as close as friends who are right by your side."
