I dealt for 3 years. Not once did anyone at any of my 3 casinos get fired for over pay. And it happened DAILY. When you deal 8 hours a day, it’s bound to happen. Can’t be perfect all the time.

Ex dealer here, he was 100% NOT fired lol. It’s not as big of a deal as people here make it.
