Since 2015, the Liberals have spent more than every other government in Canadian history COMBINED.
What's really scary is that all that borrowing was done at extremely low interest rates, and now those bonds are rolling over into new, and more expensive, debt.
That's not stopping Mark Carney. He's spending more, and faster, than at any time outside of World War II and COVID.
The combination of massive deficits and a large national debt, with ever-increasing costs to service that debt, is a genuine threat to the economic future of this country.
We've seen this all before too. Guess who pays when the bill comes due? You.

Just finished a call with the Prime Minister to discuss the tariff escalation.
My message: release the text of the rejected agreement, recall Parliament, and adopt an emergency Economic Action Plan to save jobs and lower costs for our people.
The plan should scrap gas taxes until Canada Day, have zero capital gains tax on reinvesting in Canada, end the industrial carbon tax, green -light the 500 projects waiting for federal permits, and have ZERO sales tax on Canadian-made cars.
As the U.S. hikes tariffs, we must lower taxes for Canadians.
Let’s all fight for our workers, our businesses, and our country.

Mark Carney's Health Minister is in more trouble.
On Tuesday, the Chair of Canada Health Infoway told the health committee that the Health Minister never personally raised concerns about PrescribeIT's $300 million failure.
The next day, the Health Minister stood in the House of Commons and said:
"I talked to the board of directors, and they took the necessary measures."
One of these statements is false.
Either the Minister lied to Parliament or the Chair of Canada Health Infoway lied to the committee.

The dodging and dithering on Canada’s human rights commitments is unacceptable.
The Carney Liberals must give Canadians a straight answer on Uyghur forced labour in China.

Yesterday, I was proud to introduce Private Member’s Bill C-276, the Framework on the Access to and Use of Cash Act.
Its time to protect privacy, strengthen resilience, and defend those who depend most on cash.
UNBELIEVABLE
Minister Mélanie Joly will NOT admit that there is forced labour in China.
Why won't the Liberal Party take a stronger stance against the CCP?

In 2025, François-Philippe Champagne said the 100% tariff on Chinese EVs was needed because China was “dumping” products, hurting Canadian industry, and threatening workers.
Now the Liberals are reversing course.
If that was true then, what changed?

China is an adversarial state with a documented history of espionage and subversion. That's why Canada banned Huawei from our 5G network.
A cybersecurity expert says the question of banning Chinese EVs comes down to "willingness and intent."
We know China has both.
So why are the Liberals allowing Chinese EVs onto Canadian roads?

Only weeks ago, the Iranian regime was slaughtering its own people with gleeful impunity. And now, in one of history's rare instances of near-biblical retribution and justice, the men who sent out the death squads are either dead themselves, or feeling the terror they once inflicted on others. I cannot even conceive of the spinelessness of a man who wishes the latter hadn't happened. He's the absolute worst of this country; the very embodiment of what we've lost. nationalpost.com/news/politi…

President Trump is wrong about Canada.

The regime in Tehran is the principal source of terror in the Middle East and around the world. It tried to build nuclear weapons to annihilate our allies. It massacred tens of thousands of its own people. It orchestrated the attacks of October 7, 2023, murdered Canadian passengers on Flight PS752, sought to kill prominent Canadian leaders, and ruthlessly targets Canadians of Jewish and Iranian descent. It has shown no good faith in negotiations to change course.
That is why Conservatives support the courageous people of Iran in toppling this terror regime and reclaiming their destiny after 47 years of the regime's occupation. Conservatives support a democratic, free and permanently-denuclearized Iran that lives in peace and security with its neighbours. And Conservatives support the United States, Israel, and our allies across the Gulf to defend their sovereignty and dismantle the clerical military dictatorship of Iran.
