@UPS is trash. It took me talking to 9 people over the last 8 days to get them to refund me my little $7.99 after they screwed up my delivery. One lady even told me that they couldn’t refund me and I should just dispute it with my bank.

Folks need to go back to the old fashioned ways of shopping and put a foot on the brakes of companies like @UPS and @FedEx. Bad enough how treacherous and dishonest they are about lost and misdirected packages in general. But the holiday shipping must be their #DemonTime. 👎🏾
