Impact of Next Gen CTLA4i Botensilimab in MSS metastatic CRC is promising.
Bot/Bal led to 24% ORR (10/41 patients), 73% of disease control, median DOR not reached.
In patients without liver mets, ORR 42 % !

Future potential for more aggressive liver-directed therapy to "clear the way" for IO based approaches?

It would be hard to overstate how exciting these early results are in late-line MSS CRC patients without liver involvement. From non existent ORR in nearly all IO only trials, to 42% in those without liver involvement.
I highly look forward to future results and confirmation!

A standard metric after therapeutic trials should be the responses to the question: “would you — the oncologist — recommend this treatment for you or your family if affected by this disease?”
Patients are the ultimate stakeholders because it’s their lives on the line!

Small but mighty! This is a video of a killer T cell of the immune system destroying a monstrous ovarian cancer cell. I recently captured this data on a spinning disc confocal microscope.

Hi everyone, I’m Nancy Seybold, Co-founder and COO of PALTOWN, the nonprofit that manages the COLONTOWN community and sponsor of this TweetChat! Many thanks to @manjuggm and @TerekAdrian for kicking this off!

I wish sponsors would be a bit more flexible. I don't understand why I can't just have blood drawn either at my local center or with LabCorp. I did that when I was going to trial at Hopkins and it worked out great. It really allowed me to live my life and participate on the trial
