Don’t know how Santi Aldama’s debut last night could have went better considering it was his first game since Feb 4 and Dusty said before the game they weren’t sure how much they’d even play him.

Mavs list Santi Aldama as probable for Friday’s NBA Cup group stage game vs Utah. His last game was Feb 4 w/ Memphis and he had right knee surgery in March. Aldama gives the Mavs a needed stretch big. Courtesy of my friends at @Stathead, he’s 5th in 3ptM by 7-footers since 2023-24.
Coincidentally the Mavs see the player first on the list tomorrow, Lauri Markkanen of the Jazz
Santi Aldama is going to be an absolute fan favorite!! Great first game!! Even had some fun making him smile while he was on the bike warming up!!!

In last 7 games Luka Dončić is averaging 44/8/8 on 87/52/42 splits.
Scored 53, 40, 42, 45, 37, 41, 52... we are witnessing one of the best scoring runs in modern basketball.

You wonder why the Mavs chose @morezjohnsonJr? Tonight was the reason. First time he played more than 17 minutes and he produces a 13-17 game with 10 offensive rebounds.
In the house last night for Mavs game... Observations...
1-MFFL is 100% back
2-Santi is going to be an absolute force
3-Rez gonna be a monster
4-Odd one- Jaxon Hayes a fun dude. Had fun interacting with him. Shout out to him having fun with my son and giving him his game shirt!!! 2 fans for life. Oh he misses Luka too 🤣🤣🤣
Boy you got some real special ones voting I see... WOW
Cowboys owner Jerry Jones on @1053thefan on the criticism of him not paying top dollar for coaches: “I drill wells. I have five wells going right now that cost more than any coach.”
