Helen Zille is not entitled to mayorship in Joburg. Her party had to win 50 plus 1 for her to be guaranteed. They didn't and there's nothing wrong if the other parties exclude her from the coalition.

I bought a Cape Town flat for R1.1m two years ago. I now owe R20k for property taxes to the City based on THEIR valuation. Monthly I pay:
R3,000 BC levies & fees
R2,500-R3,000 water, electricity, refuse etc.
On top of the bond and insurance, that’s almost R20k per month.

Missing Student Alwande Ngcobo: Durban - Kwazulu Natal
Members of the public are requested to assist in locating 19-year-old Alwande Ngcobo, also known as Mamah, who has been reported missing.
Alwande was last known to be at Howard College, University of KwaZulu-Natal, in Durban - KZN. Her family last communicated with her via WhatsApp on 26 October 2026.
The 19-year-old is described as short, medium-built, with an afro hairstyle and brown eyes.
Alwande is a student and content creator. Her family has reported no known circumstances that may have contributed to her disappearance
Anyone with information regarding Alwande’s whereabouts is urged to contact her older sister, Wendy Ngcobo, on 073 429 1772, or Reaction Unit South Africa (RUSA) on 0861234333.
