Richard Allen's defense team hit the ball so far out of the park that they will be looking for that ball for the rest of my life. Check Mars. Give the man a fair trial. He deserves it and the girls deserve the truth.

What is going on here? I thought all appellate attorneys and the appellate court requested the record from the trial court. Here, it looks like the Dep AG's got the record from the appellate court Clerk? Couldn't they just request this from the trial court?

I am sitting on the edge of my seat waiting for this Richard Allen appellate brief. If I were in a hospital I would get one of those "fall risk" signs.

R. Allen's appellate attorneys are doing outstanding work before their brief is even filed. When the Franks exhibits were excluded from the record and the court reporter didn't correct the ommission, the trial court's bias was broadcast to the higher court.

So, is the defense's appellate brief still due tomorrow in the Delphi case? This is nerve racking and I am just an observer, albeit one with no fingernails left. #RichardAllen

The defense was granted an extension to file their appellate brief on behalf of Richard Allen. The new deadline is 9/5/2025.

Richard Allen has been transferred to Oklahoma. It appears that his transfer was initiated by his request to enter Gen Pop. I don't agree with that decision, but it's his request to make, and honestly it's safer for to him be in any state other than Indiana.

Did anyone ever figure out Dr. Fidler's connection to the Delphi case? Was she eventually deposed? Did she ever get her gas money? I have questions.

If anyone really supports Richard Allen they will not post pictures depicting a deceased Abby and Libby online. It hurts Allen's interests and it hurts Abby and Libby's families. I support Richard Allen but lets not be monsters in our advocacy.
