I was at a Health conference last year and the only thing in my mind was to have genuine conversations with people coming from different backgrounds and perspectives

One of the best part of my personal schedules is that if I'm not cleaning or analysing data, I'm annotating data / training AI.
I've been doing this for months now specifically on named entity recognition, audio transcription and sentiment analysis.

That’s a mindset shift more people need. Skills matter, but people pay for solutions. The more you focus on solving real business problems, the easier it becomes to create opportunities for yourself.
If I hadn't told myself to be more problem-driven and not skill-driven,
Maybe I would still be where I am looking for the same gigs that never come.
