Goodness me! Where’s the time gone? 1984 we started @BornFreeFDN. I was 24. On 4 Nov I’m 68. I’ve lost my Dad but my Mum, my wonderful family, & my Born Free ‘family’ are with me. No presents but your support for bornfree.org.uk would be the best gift of all. Much love Wx

This lovely lad has had a few appeals now and still waiting for a home, can you please share? 🐾 🏠 🐶
Odin is a beautiful 3 year old male Border Collie. He is available and looking for a new home.
Sadly due to the owners health , Odin needs someone who can provide him the stimulation and attention he needs. He is very much loved but would be best in a home with someone who can give him lots of walks and attention.
He is chipped and neutered and healthy with no concerns.
Odin can be wary of strangers to begin with and would need a little time to get use to anyone new.
He is okay with some pets and can be wary of others - due to this, he’d be best in a home with no other pets to save him any unsettlement.
Odin eats dry and wet food and is also crate trained.
He loves toys and can be strong on the lead.
Odin has had the same owner since being a pup.
He isn’t a fan of the hoover but does love to play with a ball.
He is more of a fan of women than men, so may be best with a lone female looking for company, although we will consider male households too.
Odin is very loving and affectionate. No cats.
For more information or to offer Odin a new home please email directly to [email protected]

Meghan Markle has continued to build a life centred around her family, charitable commitments and growing business ventures, while remaining a familiar face in the public eye years after stepping back from royal duties.
The Duchess of Sussex has been involved in several initiatives supporting women and young people. In October, she joined Nobel Peace Prize laureate Malala Yousafzai in an effort to promote girls' education worldwide. The initiative also brought together Meghan's lifestyle brand, As Ever, and the Malala Fund, with proceeds from selected products supporting educational opportunities for girls.
Her commitment to community work has also remained part of her public life. During a visit to Nottingham with Prince Harry, Meghan reunited with women connected to the Hubb Community Kitchen, a project she supported during her time as a working royal. The initiative gained international attention in 2018 when she helped launch a charity cookbook to support families and local communities.
Meanwhile, Meghan is preparing for another television appearance. The Duchess is set to feature as a special guest on Junior MasterChef Australia in 2027, working alongside host Poh Ling Yeow to encourage young contestants and their passion for cooking.
Away from public engagements, Meghan has spoken about the importance of family life and the happiness she finds in everyday moments with Prince Harry and their children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet. She has also continued developing her As Ever brand, bringing her interest in food, entertaining and lifestyle products into a growing business.
Although her departure from royal duties continues to attract debate, Meghan has remained active in projects that reflect her personal interests, from supporting girls' education to reconnecting with communities she worked with during her royal years.
Her recent activities offer a glimpse into how the Duchess is shaping her life today, balancing motherhood, business and charitable work while maintaining her own public identity.

The loss of my twin, my identity, my health and tinnitus
Four years in and there are two versions of me.
I call them Ilana 1 and Ilana 2.
Ilana 1 was the woman she was when her twin was alive. She was healthier, didn't live with tinnitus and had never imagined a life without her twin. They had always been together, and the thought of one of them living without the other was something neither never really had considered.
Then her twin died.
And with her death, something in her changed permanently. It was a challenging time.
A part of her closed off. Not physically, but emotionally. The person she had always been could not continue unchanged after losing someone who had always been part of her life.

The CP Diary: Taking Control of Your Mental Wellness
When I first began writing The CP Diary, my goal was simple: to create a space where my thoughts, reflections and lived experiences surrounding mental health could take shape – openly, honestly and without judgement.
At the time, I was navigating my own mental health struggles, trying to make sense of something I didn't yet understand. Writing became a way of exploring those feelings, making sense of my experiences and gradually piecing together my life that had remained unexplained.
In many ways, it became the beginning of a journey towards understanding myself and, ultimately, finding a way to heal after decades spent in the dark.

rollingstone.com/music/music… – families... I am sure many will or can resonate with Britney's story.
And look how beautiful Princess Diana looked in the rain, I mean Camilla wouldn’t risk the makeup coming off, but phew 😱 this shot spoke more than words, it’s as if Camilla forgot that Charles was supposed to be a cancer patient ? 🤔🤔
Camilla Parker Bowles leaving King Charles her cancer stricken husband alone to get soaked while she takes her umbrella and runs for cover lol 😂 he looks absolutely angry and bewildered. That's what you deserve Charlie. Princess Diana was standing in the rain numerous times getting soaked. Never running away from an event. This is such an epic moment. Twi highly selfish people caring only for themselves.

The Moodzilla of Kensington Palace.
Prince William’s reported fiery temper and "bellowing tantrums" have been described in Christopher Andersen’s May 2026 book, Kate!, as leaving King Charles intimidated during private arguments. Former Highgrove staff report that William bullys and yells at his father in a booming voice when frustrated inappropriately leaving Charles shaken.
In SPARE, William is said to have knocked Harry to the ground in a fit of temper, causing an injury to his back.
Andersen’s book notes that William’s intense emotional reactions have caused deep concern among those closest to him added to which Charles has also expressed concern over William’s drinking habits.
William is accused of Having ‘Tantrums’ Behind ‘Closed Doors’ as advisers urge him to undergo ‘Anger Management’ while people are left wondering how his marriage to Kate can be as idyllic as Kensington Palaces constant references to shared affection are pushed beyond public belief.
Kate’s endurance of those frequent temper tantrums witnessed by royal staff has to play a part in the swirling rumours of a difficult marriage the survival of which is an essential pillar to ths monarchy and explains the constant barrage of positive reassurances that dominate the palace-influenced press.
Prince William exhibits these severe temper tantrums behind closed doors as described by author Christopher Andersen.
This is a man whose incandescent outbursts are the sign of a manchild, not a future king.

🤩 WOW 🤩
@andyburnham says he will not move ahead of the British public on Europe.
Well, look 👀 at this.
🚨 New Ipsos polling finds 56% would vote to rejoin the EU and just 30% would vote to stay out.
Remove those who don’t express a choice and the result is:
🇪🇺 REJOIN: 65%
🇬🇧 STAY OUT: 35%
🚀 That’s a 30-point lead for rejoining.
73% of under-35s want to rejoin.
54% believe rejoining would improve Britain’s economy.
53% believe it would improve our national security.

Today's Article: 'When Did We Stop Thinking for Ourselves?' By @TheCPDiary
bit.ly/3WHiJX4
How political division, shrinking opportunities and the loss of personal autonomy are shaping our future.
When did we become so accustomed to having decisions made for us that we stopped asking whether those decisions were right?
It's an uncomfortable question, but perhaps one we should all be asking.
Look around us. Politics is increasingly divisive, trust in institutions is under pressure, economies have changed, international relationships are continuing to shift and technology is moving faster than many of us can comprehend.
Yet ordinary people are still expected to get on with life, adapt, pay the bills and plan for a future that seems less certain with every passing year.

Today's Article: 'Being Understood: 'Growing Up with a Disability' By @TheCPDiary
bit.ly/4iiFrNF
Childhood Experiences and Their Lasting Impact
A child's experience of growing up is shaped by more than the care they receive. It is also shaped by how well the people around them understand their needs, recognise their difficulties and respond to the things they deal with.
For a child growing up with a disability, this understanding is particularly important. Difficulties that could be recognised, supported or accommodated become part of everyday life without anyone properly explaining why certain things are harder than they should be.
When a child's needs are not acknowledged, the effects can go beyond the difficulties themselves. Things that could be understood as part of a disability may instead be seen as behaviour, personality or a failure to meet expectations. A child with a mild disability may often be judged by what they struggle with rather than understood in terms of what they need.

Don’t get your hopes up that this will be an independent investigation. British institutions have a known history of protecting the Monarch and its heir. This will be another whitewash. 😩
There will be no questions asked about why Buckingham Palace and Kensington Palace who knew about this letter first allowed it to be suppressed.
