On my Hinge dating app profile, I mention what I'm looking for in a partner. Part of that is age range, SINGLE, political leanings, preference on level of education, and being gainfully employed.
I also mention that I am only attracted to white women.
I got a response from someone, calling me a racist pig.
The last time I checked, people are attracted to who they are attracted to. Justike some women aren't attracted to hefty guys, or skinny guys...or guys with beards, or bald guys.

We know how much it matters to live in a country where our rights are protected, where the law applies equally to everyone, and where the majority can’t just decide that some people don’t deserve the same freedoms. The safety and freedom we’ve found in America didn’t happen by accident. They exist because of democracy. And protecting democracy means protecting Jewish safety, too.
We know what happens when those protections start to break down. When courts are weakened, elections are undermined, and people lose equal protection under the law, minorities are often the first to pay the price. Jews have seen this throughout our history. It’s one of the reasons so many of our families sought refuge in democratic countries.
That’s why I find it so alarming to see what’s happening right now. When masked government agents are taking people off the streets and citizens are being shot in public, we should all be worried about where things are headed. As Jews, we know that when a government starts targeting certain groups of people, no one should assume they’re safe from what comes next.
Mike Rogers has chosen to align himself with a movement that is willing to attack our democracy. He stood with Trump and refused to accept the results of the 2020 election. And now we’re seeing what happens when a political movement treats the rights and dignity of certain people as disposable. For Jews, these things should set off alarm bells.
Jewish safety is tied to the health of our democracy. We can’t protect one without protecting the other. And in this Senate race, Abdul is the candidate who understands that and is willing to fight for it.

Why does that matter, when other World Series matchups have taken place in 40-something degree weather?
Why are the Mormons sent to Africa for their missions when Minneapolis and Dearborn are so much closer to home?

There is NO evidence of the claims Amy Acton makes. Zero. Zilch.
Just alleged claims to paint herself as a "victim".
We saw this time and time again with MeToo. Unsubstantiated claims by women that the public is EXPECTED to believe. Disregarding the other person's account of the truth. The "victim" in many cases was not the real victim. The victim was the man who was pulled into the fire and convicted by the media. The other victim was the public, who was duped into believing these unfactual claims - because, after all, we're told we MUST believe women, right?
Once again the public is being duped. This time, it's in a high stakes election.
"We must believe Amy Acton is a survivor", is what we are being told. But on what merits?
There's a lot of He Said / She Said here, only this time it's She Said / She Said. Neither one - not Amy Acton nor her mother - has any hard, credible facts to back up their recounting of the past.
But for me, I tend to believe here mother for two reasons:
1. The MeToo movement was a self-destructive force that has now created an environment in which there will always be a dark cloud of doubt that lingers over the stories of Women of sexual abuse; and
2. Democrats lie, cheat, steal, and commit fraud to win elections.
So why should anything be different with Amy Acton in this cycle?

Vivek Ramaswami should be ashamed of himself for attempting to exploit the obviously troubled mother of a sex abuse survivor. Dr. Amy Acton was allegedly raped by her stepdad with whom the mother stayed married. The rapist reportedly fled and died a fugitive. Politics is a scummy game, but this is beneath contempt. Ramaswami must renounce this ad ASAP.
If Ilhan Omar fled the country, does she qualify for the self-deortation stipend of $2,600 from Homeland Security?
